I don’t know if it’s the new girl that got hired in the cashier, but she was on her phone when taking other customer service sounds like she didn’t want to do her job. I ask her how much will it be more to add an extra large fries to my meal and she said she couldn’t check Really didn’t make sense to me at that time.

It's portable potty for all outsiders passing by. I ordered in store and was totally over looked by DoorDash &Uber. I had to ask for my order afer waiting over 20min. My wings were was so pale,& under seasoned. I will never return, I wouldn't refer this porta-potty wing stop to anybody! They miss the customer service for inside customers. Duh!!!

I'd like to give a shout out to ALEX who works the front. Every time I come in and she's there - she always gives a very warm & welcoming greeting. Most recently, my order took a bit longer than the estimated time that was quoted to me. Alex took it upon herself and did something that was very kind & special. It was a top tier customer service move from her which is not always the case with everyone. I appreciate her.

Too bad there isn't a negative star rating to select. I want my refund today!! From online order on Friday, 8/22/25. Will be taking legal action after being placed on hold repeatedly to no avail, for a whole week. This is highly unprofessional and this is the reason why black owned business aren't patronized. The staff and upper management (so they claim to be) are rude, unprofessional, egregious, and dismissive. Manager said he'd call me back within 10 minutes to resolve and it's been over an hour. At his request, I provided the online order number and he still isn't trying to refund my money for the two items I didn't receive. The refund won't make or break me, but there's a little thing called priniciple. Very sad.

I promise you my teeth and gums were hurting the next day because I refused to throw them away because I don’t like to waste money. I took them to work so I couldn’t leave, the location was more than likely closed. Wing Stop, I need a $20 Gift Card or something. The corn was good but the chicken was overcooked into jerky with skin.

I went to pick up my order and the associate couldn't find my order he was too busy flirting with me. I had to tell him my name 3 times for him to understand. Then another associate helped him find my order and they played too much behind the container. I definitely won't come back to this Wingstop

Louisiana Dry Rub bone-in wings used to be our favorite, and that's all we ever order. But this last order was by far the most tasteless. Getting the dry rub to stick to the wings shouldn't be that difficult. They used to be able to do it. If I order in-person and request they add extra generous seasoning, the wings are pretty good. But honestly, we haven't had any decently seasoned wings since COVID.

Dude...save your money. You are better off going to slow mo Albertson's down the street. These wings were flavorless and lacking. I was NOT impressed. Don't know what happened. I used to frequent this particular establishment ever since they opened. I lived behind them. It has changed. I will not waste my time or money here again. When i told them of the issue AGAIN, they said they would ask the manager about giving me a discount on a future order. Lol...like, I'd give them another chance! There are too many good chicken establishments all over this predominantly Black community. They need their Black card revoked using Becky's recipes on Black people's food! I wasted 50 something dollars i could've used at Caviland Dispensary. So...you mess with my coins and my entertainment? Watching One of Them Days with dry, bland bird and no smokes????? U got the wrong one, Wings Stop the BS.
