Horrible restaurant by far the worst. The manager refused to give me a refund for an order that they ruined, he said the OWNER told him not to give it to me and mind you I waited 2 months and no one ever resolved my problem. They’re a bunch of thieves playing with peoples food. I will never order from here again.

I placed an online order. My husband went to pick it up and they said they never received the order, even though we had proof. He is still there waiting for chicken and missed the end of the World Series. This WING STOP is awful and the Crenshaw community deserves better, they are HORRIBLE with service and waste people’s valuable time. Never going here again. What an inconvenience. They simply don’t care and the work ethic is garbage. Get someone to manage the store with some pride. Do a training, something.

I bought three chicken sandwich combos and an all in value combo . I ordered over the phone and waited 15 min to pick up my orfer. Upon arrival my order was not ready still had to wait 15-20 mins for my order! When I made it home all three of my fries are black, soggy , and old. I call the store immediately ask for the manager. A worker by the name of Christina lied like she was the manager! Didn’t have any concern for the customer! Calling in an order is worthless and speaking with a manger to address an issue is a joke!!!! Go to any other wingstop besides this one. They have bad attitudes and customer service. I will be following up with corporate.

Busy as hell the closer it gets to closing. I saw at least 20 pickup and delivery orders when I went in to get mine. Not all wingstop locations ACTUALLY cook the wings and fries welll done/extra crispy. This place definitely does, and my order was bagged carefully at neatly, no sauce or grease leaking from the bag onto my carseats!
