I’m confused ?? I keep calling n getting an after hours voicemail ?? You guys are closed ??? Edit: they turn the phones off when it’s “too busy” -.-
They never answer the calls been on the line for more then 10 mins sometimes they dont even answer the phone! Bad customer services and there's always something wrong with my order !

I knew better not to come to this location but I came early to have better service. It’s not even that the service was bad or what said… it’s the natural negative vibe you get with customer service. Immediate turn of, you should understand what customer service is, and I don’t mean the customer is always right. I mean being respectful goes a long way.

My fries were so salty, and the seasoning didn't even taste like wing stop seasoning. I got a chicken sandwich and i asked for not spicy and the sandwich is very spicy.Very unhappy with the service.

No client wants a racist employee what I mean by that is that today I went to wingstop to buy some wings and a white girl with green eyes gave us a bad attitude for no reason

When I put in the order for delivery it said 20-30 min. Once I hit confirm time went up to 117 min. I said oh heck no tried to call. They had already processed to turn off their phone and hour and a half early preventing me from calling and canceling my order. I proceed to get in my car and go get my food. Pulled up its absolutely empty inside. No reason for phones to be off my food was just sitting there cold at this point. And they still never cancel the order after i picked it up so doordash walked away with ten dollars for doing absolutely nothing... crazy work .... Horrible experience all around.

Placed an order via Uber eats let me warn you, never order at night! Night staff ALWAYS messes up Uber eats orders. I’m allergic to cheese, I ordered a 10pc CAJUN corn and received Parmesan cheese corn instead. I called and was hung up on by rude Latina that picked up. No accountability, they always messes up the food. I’m assuming the kitchen staff doesn’t read or speak in English which is every fast food restaurants big mistake hiring people that can’t even read/speak the language that the orders are being placed, maybe switch to Spanish kitchen prompts so they can actually understand? I don’t know but I’m pissed off cuz I was counting on eating my food I paid $60 for now me and my family don’t have any side and the meal ain’t the same.
I came in today and order some food and I forgot to pick it up. I was very accountable…I don’t believe the cashier gave me her real name…it was something with isha lol…Anyway…she told me…I told you 10 to 15 mins in a rude way. My apologies that a customer can not make a mistake…while waiting I learned that you all don’t even batter fresh tenders…won’t be patronizing wing stop again

Typically, I do not concur with Donald Trump and his extreme methods, but the treatment I received from Hispanic staff yesterday, July 6, at approximately 2 PM, was different. I am beginning to grasp how serious it is for individuals to be in this country while mistreating its citizens in various ways. It feels frightening and insecure. At first, my daughter placed the order for the food. She is in her preteen years. Their disrespect towards her over a cup of ice was so extreme that I went to the place to get a refund and cancel the order. The argument started at that point, with an employee warning me that her associates would come and hurt me. I was infuriated and dared her to contact her people. She took out a teaser, but before the weapon was aimed at me, I calmly inquired about who was taking care of my child employee Bree, who was quite nice, said that she was the one who informed my child that she couldn’t have the ice, and then she began to explain. A short Hispanic lady abruptly took control when i checked my receipt. BRI. . . was entered into the log. I don't understand why this small, upset Hispanic woman took charge when I requested my refund. Her attitude was immediate. I requested that she kindly return my money so I could leave. She started to become irritable and told me that I could wait. I continued by expressing my belief that the customer is always correct, and that’s when tempers flared. The small Hispanic woman said not at this place, which led me to start documenting what was happening. I hold citizenship and own a business, which allows me to safeguard myself. When I told her that I was recording, the employee became unwilling to demonstrate her aggressive actions on camera again. The employee bothered me for more than three minutes. I possess a video where I am pleading, asking her to stop and to leave me alone. She began to intimidate me while agitating the pepper spray. At that point, I shifted into defense mode, preparing to safeguard myself. The employee took out her phone while holding pepper spray, warning me that I would be going viral, which she had recorded. She is threatening to use pepper spray on me and ensure I go viral on social media. That intensified the situation further. I dared her to use pepper spray on me and help me become famous online. I have never witnessed an employee act in this manner. It was clear that she had not received proper training, and I am simply grateful to God that nobody was injured during the incident. A community resident who witnessed the event stopped me outside to share that he has never encountered anything like it before. Although I have dedicated my life to serving this community as a business owner and activist, at wingstop I faced judgment based on my appearance and have been regarded as an outsider. I feel very ashamed that I let these threats affect my behavior. To say I was shocked and upset would be an understatement. Wingstop is a popular brand that has cameras and surveillance in every location. The act of enticing or inciting customers into disputes should not be tolerated by employees. Proper training is necessary for them. Yesterday, the pressure from the employee's mental distress was overwhelming
Great place for the best wings money can buy and they even accept ebt

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I experienced during my recent visit. I attempted to contact the merchant multiple times but was informed that they were unavailable due to being busy. Additionally, the atmosphere in the restaurant was unprofessional, as loud profanity-laden music was playing. It also appeared that the cashier might have been under the influence, while other staff members were preoccupied with their phones rather than attending to customers. To compound these issues, my order was completely incorrect. I strongly believe that the staff on duty on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 , at 10:20pm should be held accountable and potentially dismissed for their inadequate service.
