Today Around 7:15pm mention my order was going to be Ready 23-28 mins it was already 40mins and I aske worker about my Order she was Rude and Made Facial Faces Wich os Not proper Customer Service asked her name: Janice Not The proper service That should be Provided (persone in picture). This wing stop is so gross and has awful service. I walked in and there were two staff members on their phones and I had to wait to get my order taken for like 5 minutes, while it was literally empty. The lady told me it would be 3 minutes for my fries, but I ended up waiting 15. It was EMPTY. Whatever, I get home and am eating my fries and notice A HUGE CHUNK OF HAIR IN MY FRIES. Do not come here unless u want hair in your food and your time wasted

Didn't get my daughters 6pc wing combo also order 3 drinks no ice on the machine, asked the employee replied all rude "no Ice" wouldn't recommend it at all because I'm sure not going back

They never answer the phone but when you actually arrive they aren’t even that busy, I called at 2pm and I got a voicemail saying I’ve called after hours yet they close at 9:30. It’s ridiculous that they most likely turn off their phones so they don’t have to take phone orders, I understand if you’re extremely busy but they are never that busy to not answer the phone. A manager needs to be notified.
