Placed an Order im a Usual Customer place order and Pick up. Today Around 7:15pm mention my order was going to be Ready 23-28 mins it was already 40mins and I aske worker about my Order she was Rude and Made Facial Faces Wich os Not proper Customer Service asked her name: Janice Not The proper service That should be Provided (persone in picture). It’s a lot of crazies that walk in there but as for the establishment? It’s decent. They are respectful and try to get your order right. The chicken is decent.

This wing stop is so gross and has awful service. I walked in and there were two staff members on their phones and I had to wait to get my order taken for like 5 minutes, while it was literally empty. The lady told me it would be 3 minutes for my fries, but I ended up waiting 15. It was EMPTY. Whatever, I get home and am eating my fries and notice A HUGE CHUNK OF HAIR IN MY FRIES. Do not come here unless u want hair in your food and your time wasted

They never answer the phone but when you actually arrive they aren’t even that busy, I called at 2pm and I got a voicemail saying I’ve called after hours yet they close at 9:30. It’s ridiculous that they most likely turn off their phones so they don’t have to take phone orders, I understand if you’re extremely busy but they are never that busy to not answer the phone. A manager needs to be notified.
