A cozy location nestled near USC with a great ambiance and homey feels. There is an upstairs patio area as well so it's very spacious. I would for sure study here and fuel up if I were still a student.

The breakfast burrito was so so but I'm sure there are other things on the menu that will capture my attention upon returning.

I should have written this review years ago. I was introduced to this beautiful space in August 2019 by the Prickly Pear collective. Since then, I’ve always made it a point to visit when in LA. With Love is more than just a coffee shop to me. It’s served as a community space (for friends and family), a quick pick me up, a grocery store, a meal before a tough medical appointment, a remote work and resting space in the middle of a concrete jungle. It’s literally my safe space...
