I always get the Kung Pao or spicy garlic chicken. It hits the spot every time. 1 order can be 2 decent portions so I always have enough for left overs the next day. Highly recommend their lunch special
Good Chinese food
We ordered delivery today, not happy at all. I ordered a hand roll, a cut roll and 2 hot dishes. No flavor. No salt, no pepper, nothing. I was so upset because I was hungry. This place used to have very good food, not anymore. So disappointed.
No dine = useless for mediocre food
Wow, I was very surprised by this place. Your perfect, hole-in-the-wall, take-out joint. Super spicy and freshy made lunch specials that are well-priced and apportioned.
The food was delicious definitely fork ready we we all had a lot of fun laughs and I’ll tell you the place was packed with people
Their food is fire!
It is take out or delivery only. I said Happy New Year's to the people looking for my order and got no response back. Kind of odd and RUDE. I told the lady my name before I left to run errands and two guys told me that there was no name on the order and that's why they couldn't find it. 🙄 The eggplant was drowned in excruciatingly sweet sauce 😬 The chicken wings were great though 👍
This place has some good tasting food. I was surprised how much it hold flavor. Not too salty and they made it just how I ask. Rice noodles, with grilled shrimp, extra veggies with broccoli, carrot, bean sprouts, green onion. It was crunchy and prices are reasonable. I'll try something else the next time I go. The woman with the cute dark hair and haircut prep my to go. She was really nice too.

I know you can see it, but I need for you to hear me when I say...SHRIMP? FRIED ? RIEEEEECE???!! (Oh yeah, it's that goodt!?). 10 outta 10, in my opinion. Only thing is, this restaurant does not cook in the old school traditional way of making Western/ American Chinese food. You won't find bean sprouts in this rice (Sorry, Jack ??).. Nor will you find old-school items like egg foo young and pepper steak. What you will find though is fried rice and shrimp bursting with flavor so good that you don't need extra soy sauce to make it tasty. --My greedy behind went yesterday and done ate the whole dang tray in one sitting. (Don't judge me, judge ya momma). Wok on Fire is a hole in the wall, no frills restaurant, that is the size of a shoe box. It sits in the corner of a 7-11 and looks real shady. But this reminds me of home in the Midwest, when Bigmomma nem" used to order on the phone and have it delivered with 99 extra packs of sweet and sour sauce. As for the other dishes....they cute. But take heed and go with what I know tastes good. If not, don't come looking for me talm-bout you ain't like what you ordered.
I done told you what to get.

The fried rice is pretty good for LA. It was hot, fried dark and the chicken was soft. They just need some fried wings/fried pork chops to go with it. West coast chinese food be lacking.
Outstanding food and reasonably
