I won't be coming back.I've been to Wokcanos countless times and this will unfortunately be the last. I brought my hesitant parents here for a nice dining experience was not pleasant to say the least. The young male host was incompetent, rude, and extremely unprofessional. When asked simple questions he was belligerent and unaccomodating. We honestly should have left but the manager apologized so we stayed. Aside from the host experience the food isn't worth it. You'd be better served at different Japanese food location. There's a reason there's no wait. The food isn't that good in my opinion.

This place was amazing!!! If I could give it more stars I would! The food was delicious and the portions were great for the price. They are wheel chair friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate those with disabilities. Big thanks to our lovely waiter Robert and manager Judy for making our dining experience exceptional! :)

The orange chicken is chewy, tastes like leftover chicken dipped in over sweet goo.Buy 1, get 1 free...now i know why.The hot and sour soup is bland. No hot, no sour. The soup is the main reason i tried this spot.The side salad was good. Basic ingredients with a good vinaigrette

Nice quiet spot. The food was decent, not much flavor in the young chow fried rice. I ordered it with scallions only, they brought it with egg, which was the main ingredient I didn’t what. Sent it back, got a new plate & it was fine, slightly burnt, but fine.My husband got the lo mein, that was pretty good.
The food is great, however, the ambiance wasn't good. The music kept turning on and off as were the lights. Service was slow and the waitress wasn't attentive. The women's restroom had no paper towels and no toilet paper.....absolutely filthy given that employees need to wash their hands before handling food. Definitely better restaurants in DTLA.

Previously visited Wokcano on my last visit to L.A and just had to have it again during my current visit! Everything was exactly how I remembered...Dahh-licious! Server's name was I believe Ceasar(who funny enough, waited on me during my previous visit), Ceasar really knows how to make you feel welcome & knows his job extremely well. Such a pleasure to be served by Ceasar.Food wise, I ordered the Happy Hour dumplings(I requested them steamed) and they tasted homemade & perfectly made. For my entree, I ordered the beef chow fun, it was so savory! Also it was a HUGE portion! I barely could make a dent after eating away at it for 30mins.If you're looking for good sushi & good Chinese food at a good value, this would be a great spot for you.
