Wolfgang Puck Catering at LA LIVE

I can't believe I wasted my money on what I thought would be the last set of pots and pans I'd ever need. I saved up for months and bought a set from Wolfgang Puck, convinced that the lifetime warranty would make it worth the higher price tag. For years, I bragged about how much I loved my cookware, recommending it to anyone who would listen. Big mistake. Last week, one of my pots started leaking around the handles. No big deal, right? I figured I'd call customer service and get a replacement or repair, since they supposedly offer a lifetime warranty. WRONG. Their response? "No, we don't care," followed by a rude hang-up. The representative, Renee, even lied and claimed she was both the manager AND supervisor, refusing to let me speak to anyone else. To make matters worse, she demanded I provide a receipt, which I do have—but because it’s THEIR PAPER AND INK that faded over time, she refuses to accept it. So now I'm stuck with a broken pot that I can’t use, and my family is left without the kitchen gear I trusted to prepare our meals. I’m done with Wolfgang Puck products for good. They clearly don’t value their customers or their products. Don’t make the same mistake I did—stay far away from this brand. I’m done with Wolfgang Puck products for good. They do not honor their warranty. Their customer service is terrible.

The most awesome place in Los Angeles, CA, for kids and adults. Food not so great, little cafe outside was very nice, alot less people and way better food. The trip will take all day so plan accordingly, I would highly suggest taking a cab there. Enjoy!!!

Cute date spot in or intimate group outing destination. Dark ambiance, pleasing music from the DJ, friendly staff. Different quarters, seating selections, at the bar, off to the sides, behind wine decor. Some of the wall artwork was lackluster, but overall worked for the trendy, loungey setting.

I recently had a light dinner at Wolfgang Puck in LA Live because I was staying next door at the Marriott hotel. I've actually never eaten at a Wolfgang Puck restaurant not in an airport, and this bar/restaurant was very nice. The place gets loud and crowded but I was able to get a seat at the large bar. The beer and cocktail selection was very good. The servers were super friendly and attentive. The menu is a good mix of apps, salads, pizzas and main dishes. I went with a salad, fries, and a beer and it was $40! But this is LA! The salad was actually delicious and quite a good size. And the fries were crispy and hot. So overall the food quality was really good and I would absolutely eat here again. Next time I want to try a pizza because they looked really good!

Called for reservation, told "no need" arrived at 8:25 pm told "we're closed" No more to be said, luckily Yard restaurant was next door, fantastic meal and service.

Good was great, seating arrangements were a bit too close for comfort but we still had a great time.

Horrible food and service

Very convenient to Staples Center - good cocktails with a limited menu. Had two appetizers that we spot on - charcuterie board and the hummus platter - both ere very good.

The restaurant had a very cool atmosphere. The food was delicious. We ordered sangrias and they were so amazing! I definitely recommend checking out this spot.

Even on a busy day in la live the seating and service was excellent. The Chinese chicken salad was a delicious healthy option.
