Worst service I have ever seen. Everything is extremely slow.
It takes 5min for them to just bring you the menu, 30min for them to prepare a simple sandwich (but coffee was fast, they brought it to me within seconds), and another 10min for them to bring you the check. I had a whole hour that I could spend for breakfast, and ended up almost being late for boarding.
Not the kind of service you would expect from a place located within an airport, where literally everyone is on a timeline.
The server was also very rude; served everything without saying anything, just dropped the items on our table and went.
Now I know why they had a lot of vacant tables during busy hours.

1. They need to make clearer that people using kiosk cannot sit in the comfy seat area BEFORE they use the kiosk.
2. The Asian female server on December 1, 2024 between 11:20 - 11:45pm ish was ONLY kicking out men&women with color SEVERAL TIMES in the service area while constantly trying her best to ignore a white man who was sitting in the service area with kiosk food right next to the people who got kicked out. I was abhorred since majority of the patrons were people with color and the server herself&most, if not all, servers I saw were people with color. The white man only left because I started telling my partner what the server was doing and he apparently got uncomfortable being part of that story. Hope you do proper investigation & training.

Came here during a connecting flight and it’s pretty convenient overall.
Good - Nice easy tablet ordering system - I liked the meatball pizza with extra mozzarella cheese! Super tasty and not too oily - Lots of seating
Bad - Takes a while for your pizza to come out so don’t be in a rush - Portion sizes are small for the price
Overall if I was in a rush would come again! But if there’s other stuff I might check it out instead of this.

I work for HMS Price for a bee is 14 or 20 oz , this place charge for 20oz for a small beer that is not nice we need to address this is over price and is not look for people that work for this company

System errored while ordering, explained and showed them the credit card transaction on my card. Manager made up a story about "it's a pending transaction, it will fall off". Transaction processed. Guess they don't know how credit cards work, which is fine, but don't make stuff up. Terrible service.

DO NOT TIP! Ordered 2 items. Received 1st. Entire line cleared, and my partner was the only person still standing there, staring at them and not getting his food…which was toast. Shouldve been easy. Asked about it and it still wasn’t handed over immediately even when it was done. We had tipped 18% or $8 on an overpriced, $50 meal of a blt and avocado toast. He was literally the only person left waiting for food with both cashier and kitchen staff facing him.
Also, I took advantage of the option to order my BLT without turkey and it came with turkey but mo aoili.

The food is not great. Not terrible but also not good, definitely not something I’d associate my name with. But let’s be honest, Wolfgang hasn’t been relevant in decades. Service was good though and I don’t think they poisoned me, so that’s a plus
Chicken wings were good! Service was terrible. Nice vibes and decor. Waitress was rude, had to wave her down and ask for the same thing several times. Food was cold. Heard many others complaining.

Food and service needs work. The atmosphere is nice in the LAX airport. But the world class name Wolfgang Puck is not appropriate for this food and service provided here. Please fix this. More effort and quality assurance needs to be present here.

9:40pm Saturday, long weekend. Dinner options at this terminal were almost non existent.
This is an entree size salad with 5oz salmon for $27. To be fair this dish would have cost the same in a restaurant… served on a real plate and silverware.
Chopped salad was crispy, large avocado chunks and dressing was just right. The fish was over cooked but well seasoned. Large portion.
LAX really doesn’t have great food after TSA and this is one of the better options.
