The food was alright but the people behind the counter as well as the ones at the pizza counter are unfriendly and rude. Would be better if they had someone else that knows how to deal with customers up at the counters.

It took thirty minutes to get my salad when I was the only customer. They only started my order when I said something, otherwise they would have just stood around and kept talking. The salad was very overdressed and they added extra things to it that aren’t included on the menu. Which normally, I wouldn’t mind, but they were foods I can’t eat and foods I don’t like that I then had to take the time to pick out. Overall, the quality of the salad was definitely not worth the time or price.

Food tasted good BUT I was immediately struck by extremely unpleasant bowel movement within an hour. I hadn't eaten much else today and I got the steak sandwich here so I have very little doubt it was caused by anything else. All I have to say is its airport food and I got unlucky but this was very annoying, undescribably unfortunate, and disappointing. Would not ever go back and don't recommend it unless you like being dehydrated and staying stuck to a toilet.

I was excited to try Wolfgang Puck at LAX and it didn’t disappoint. The Italian pizza looked questionable but it was tasty. The burger was well made. My husband was surprised by how much he liked the salad. Out of all the food options at this gate, I feel like this was the best most comfortable option.
10 mins with no service so I decided go to kiosk to get my food, when I come back to seat old lady finally saw me , and I told her I have already ordered try to get a glass of water , but she rejected it. I know you want tip , and I was gonna leave cash , but since you like that , no wonder this restaurant have suck low rate . Girl you should work at Kitchen doing dish wash if you don’t like people
