Customer service is nonexistent in this place. Only reason I gave the 2 stars was because the food was decent. If my mother didn’t love this place I definitely would not patronize them at all.
Shoutout to the rude ass cashier JR. Not only did he NOT acknowledge me when I was standing at the counter, but dabbed it out with a co-worker counting money while myself and 3 other people stood in line patiently waiting to place our orders. All he had to do was look up and say one moment please. That’s it. Perhaps they should invest in sending the people who take the orders to a customer service training. They are the first point on contact for the business. Definitely not the proper way to run a business and fastest way to turn people off from patronizing the business.
JR. Needs some professional training ASAP! Maybe he should shadow Telly the young lady who actually acknowledged me and took my order.

Make sure you check your order before leaving the premise. I ordered a combo: chicken(wht meat), sliced beef and ribs. What I received was a chicken breast (chopped up) no wing and No rib .CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!

First time at Woodys on Slauson,I ordered rib tips,bbq beans and potatoe salad.It was soooooo good and they give you alot enough for two people. Next time I'm in La I will definitely be returning.
