An unassuming place with, a beautiful inside area. The staff are first rate and very knowledgeable about their food. Excellent beer selection and they help you pair your selections perfectly. Great neighborhood hang out

Stumbled on this place by accident when walking around the Arts District and it doesn't disappoint! Solid beer selection and amazing selection of sausages/brats for foodies. Cool outside patio area to relax in as well. Highly recommend!

Always a great place to have a quick bite to eat or stay a while. If I can I get lunch with my coworkers here and enjoy the LA atmosphere

We stop here before every Dodger game. The best sausage and German beer joint in town. Make sure to get the truffle fries with curry ketchup.

I was expected this spot to be more authentic based on the name, since only a German can pronounce it correctly lol
This is more a German-American fusion spot. No German beers. Hotdog buns instead of a “bröttchen” served with sausages. No Currywurst (?!?)

The fries tasted great though

Got carry out. Brats were ok bit there wasnt much flavor. The bun is the best part. The host was very on top of things and very personable. If you plan to eat there you have to sit outside on the street. Very busy on Saturday night. Spent $40 on two hotdogs and a small fry.

The service can be a little slow but it's definitely worth the wait. The food here is so exciting.. you get to try new things. I was shocked to find out I enjoy rabbit. Definitely recommend if you're in the los Angeles area!!
