Best sushi in the world...
Complex flavors comprised of top-quality ingredients in all the dishes served. Yama-San was very gracious, humble & precise in his execution of putting all the dishes together. It was really an experience to remember. I will be going back in the future and recommending Yamakase to others.

Yamakase offers amazing sushi and a unique dining experience. The unagi and yellowtail are delicious, and the spider roll hand roll is a must-try. The attentive staff and great green tea make the dining experience even better. The chef, Yamasan Sensei, has secret techniques and suppliers that add to the authenticity of the dishes. The sake selection is impressive, but be prepared for the expensive prices. Despite the cost, the quality of the food and the personal touch from the chef make it worth the visit.
