Yamazaki Bakery

I was walking around the Japanese Village and the Steamed buns smelled good. I ordered one each of the An Man (sweet red beans), Niku Man (pork & veggie), Pizza Man (pepperoni & corn), and Taco Man (beef & veggie). The An Man was overly sweet. The other flavors were forgettable. There are other pastries, breads, and cakes for sale. Service was quick. It is quaint bakery, no dine-in, there’s bench with gazebo for outside dining. Spend $10+ for card purchases and they give 1 hour parking validation.

Came here a few weeks ago and picked up a strawberry cake for a get-together. Everyone loved it.

I have been to the 2 Little Tokyo locations and this one is definitely the winner! there’s a huge variety of pastries and things to eat for a quick bite (you might probably have to eat it standing or elsewhere during the weekends since it gets pretty packed and there’s just 3 tables!) but the steamed buns were good!, the matcha mochi wasn’t too sweet so it was perfect, the almond croissant was fine but their specialty is definitely on other pastries! will definitely come back again to try more stuff.

Pork buns - not sure how people can like this. We had one bite and tossed it. My rating is purely based on the buns, there was a line outside.

super cute bakery that sells delicious treats! the baked goods are very affordable, and the staff are super kind. highly recommend ANY of the steamed buns and desserts with fresh strawberries! overall, 5/5 stars <3

Good option for a sweet dessert, they have a lot of variety. Depending on the time you go you can find a long waiting line, it gets very crowded.
It has some tables to eat outside

Wasn't bad nor good... the waiting line was long, and by the time we finally reached the front, they only had a bit of leftover bread and ice cream. This is the second time this has happened. Hopefully, next time I drop by, I get to try other things
