Sushi prepared using only vegetable ingredients. Using a bamboo mat, we place the ingredients onto a bed of vinegar-marinated rice over a nori (Japanese seaweed) sheet then roll them all into a cylindrical shape. Amazing poke bowl (repeat order) with fresh salmon and/or tuna, avocado, seaweed salad, kani salad, cucumbers, ginger and wasabi on sushi rice- like a monstrous sushi roll! The lady taking the counter orders is cheery, friendly and has a good time remembering the orders of regular customers :) While the ambiance is bare bones for dine-in, the food and service is really what you come for.

The best salmon poke bowl I've ever had. The condiments were free and the shop owner is really sweet. Was having a bad day yesterday and this actually made it better. Coming back for sure.

Looking from the outside it may not inspire you but I guarantee you that the staff is super kind and the food is of the highest quality I highly recommend this restaurant all really good 💯
