I’ve been twice and really enjoyed both experiences. The green tea leaf salad, crab tostada, wings, and ice cream sundae are top tier. Can’t wait for them to open back up. I wanted to go today, but since they’re temporarily closed I’m leaving a review to encourage the owners to hurry with the renovations!

There aren’t as many attempts to elevate Korean food in the world of fine dining and Yangban shows you how to get it right.
Don’t show up expecting the place to conform to the usual stereotype of Korean cheap eats. Whether it’s the delectable green tea leaf salad, or the one of a kind matzoh ball mandu - expect Korean food interpreted like you’ve never experienced before.

Its unfair not to give this restaurant a 5 star review, everything, including food, service and ambiance are first class. Even something as mundane as banchan was meticulously prepared with new discoveries and delight to be found in each and every of the five little dishes. Tteok was not only delicious but creative. But why did I feel like I didn't get blown away? Perhaps it was because I came here for Korean food, and if you were a Korean food lover, you would know how...
