None said happy birthday I put it in the notes did not offer dessert either server was nice
My bf and I came to try the fried chicken and the happy hour around 5:15 Thursday pm. Happy hour menu had a lot of great food and drink options. We got the bourbon lemonade and aperol spritz. I would definitely order the bourbon lemonade again.
For food we got the chicken satay (skewers) both fried and grilled. They each came drizzled in different sauces, my bf preferred the Nashville which was a more traditional low heat fried chicken. We also got the “burnt ends” disco fries. So coming from NJ these were a lot like traditional disco fries with the cheese and gravy. The burnt ends were definitely NOT burnt ends. They were more like small cubed stewed brisket which could be because of the gravy. We would not get again as I was looking for that more traditional bbq flavor and texture.
We split the fried chicken entree since it was a generous portion. The chicken was very crispy and while extremely moist, we both felt like it was missing seasoning before it was fried. We tried it but for the price $36, not sure I’d get it again. I think we would come back but maybe try some other options from their extensive menu.
Service was friendly, pretty consistent and attentive as we sat at the bar and it was mostly empty in the entire restaurant.

Dang I wish I had done a deep dive into the reviews. The absolute worst food poisoning of my life. Had to literally pull into a parking lot and vomit my brains out on my hands and knees in the dirt. After paying $300. Our servers were never consistent, never told us their names and couldn’t even tell us what was in one of the appetizers and look very annoyed when we asked. Also, bartender was clearing our table and spilled sauce all over my husband. It was his birthday meal and their negligence has completely ruined his birthday week and has put me off salmon permanently.

Ordered American breakfast which was described as 2 sunny side eggs, sausage, bacon and biscuit. Took them 50 (!) minutes to prepare. Sausage was probably just half of small sausage and amount of bacon was also extremely small. This dish costs $28. Completely not worth it, and with the amount of wait, it was a poor experience
Ordered a burger and ice tea. The bill was $42 before tip. No free refills on the ice tea. Don’t come here.

Food was nothing special, average at best, but the price... oh boy. 4 pieces of chicken for $36, no sides... it adds up quickly. We just can't justify eating there again.

Excellent fried chicken, maybe the best; but at $36 for a half chicken without any side dishes, much too expensive.
The place was pretty empty when we arrived, it was our first time at this location. We’ve enjoyed other locations in Chicago and Las Vegas, but the service here didn’t quite meet the same experience. The service was average, though I really appreciated the gluten-free options. Our waiter forgot to bring our drinks, but we didn’t want to bring it up. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Nice open space with high ceilings and an attractive mix of styles, including some steampunk elements. Largely American menu with a nice variety of main dishes, small plates and salads. Ahi Tuna Tartare was excellent, Short Ribs were delectable and the Protein Salad was robust and tasty. We sat at the bar and were served by the talented, gracious and friendly Samuel. A great experience on all counts.
I made a reservation for my husband birthday and it was ok. The food wasn't that good or flavorful. We had the Texas Twinkie it was good, but the Backyard BBQ meat selection was not flavorful and the Brussels sprouts was dry. They are known for their fried chicken, but we had fried chicken earlier. We are from Chicago so we might try the one there.
I think I went in with TOO HIGH expectations for whatever reason and as a result of that, the food ended up faring just okay for me — I got the Nashville hot fried chicken, and while it was fine, it didn’t have the signature flavor that makes it a Nashville hot. And this is a side note, but it felt a bit too heavy for lunch (probably more on me for choosing the wrong cuisine for the time of day — I think I thought they’d have a few light items). The atmosphere also felt a little off during the day; it feels like it was designed for a nighttime crowd, and with how dark and busy it was, I felt a bit claustrophobic. The staff were friendly, and the portions were generous — I’d definitely recommend sharing dishes among a group. The short rib, eggs, and mashed potatoes were especially delicious — my mom got that and she was very happy. I’d come back for a weekend indulgence, but probably not for a casual lunch.

22% auto gratuity (on your food and on the sales tax). Service was awful.

The best place to go for supreme quality food, open comfortable feeling, and the bar seatig area is the best. Don't miss out if you have a chance to go here. You'll regret is all I have to say.
