I've been there many times; it's my favorite place, a little piece of Greece in Los Angeles. The food is delicious, finger-licking good, the service is excellent, the waiters are very attentive, cheerful, and responsive. Especially Arman, he's always helpful and creates a great atmosphere in the restaurant, and the tradition of breaking plates is simply delightful. You feel like you're in Greece, somewhere in Crete or Rhodes. I recommend this place.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. I made reservations twice — both for my friend’s birthday — and both times they failed to honor them. On the day of each reservation, I called to confirm, only to be told they had a private party instead. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Two times in a row shows it’s not just a mistake but a pattern of poor management. Their loss. Never again.

I had high hopes for Yaro Restaurant in Glendale, California, as we planned a special 50th birthday celebration there. One of the main draws was was the promise of live Greek music to enhance the festive atmosphere. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a major disappointment. At the last minute, we were informed that there would be no live music, which felt like a classic bait and switch.
The owner failed to deliver on the promise of live entertainment, which significantly dampened our celebration. It’s a shame that such an important aspect of the experience, I cannot recommend Yaro Restaurant and will not be visiting again.

Was very disappointed. The owners lie about the services they provide. They promised us live music and that wasn’t delivered.
Even claiming to us they never promised that to us even though their staff and management said otherwise.
This party was for my mother to celebrate her 50th birthday, and it was such a shame. The food was bland, workers weren’t respectful. We aren’t coming back.

We came for my mothers birthday and had the best time. Andreas and the crew are genuinely great human beings. Great singing, music, hospitality, service. Love this place and I’d recommend this place to everyone who enjoys live music, great food and great service.

Kinda hard to review a restaurant that closes without notice and doesn’t let their customers that have reservations know …
