We’ve been going here for a while but the girl worker (Robin) really ruins your mood. She acts entitled and disrespectful + gives bad service. i come here to enjoy but i always find myself leaving after an hr bc of her.

Who would go to that bad place, Unreasonable surcharges and shitty environment. Hard to find the songs, Bad connection with phone if you want to play with your own music. very old facilities and no soundproof at all. Charge per person! Never heard of that, refresh my knowledge. And if extra person join at the last minute of the one hour session, you need to pay for the whole hour. Pls do not go to that place, sincerely pls!

Price worth it compared to other places in ktown, but don’t come in when that one girl worker is there. She acts and looks like she doesn’t want to be there and gives half-mediocre service to customers.

Edit: The girl’s name is robin, courtesy to a reviewer mentioning her name

They charged me $50 for wine corkage then forced me to pay $25 on Venmo gratuity ONLY on the wine when we were leaving. And when I asked them why I had to pay this on top our room payment and gratuity they had no answer and crumpled up the receipt and I still had to pay. What a scam. They should be reported for fraud.

Oh forgot they only make you pay on Venmo..

Did a walk-in right after an early dinner with a group of 3 for an hour on a Saturday night and got a room immediately; when we left we heard the wait was up to 1.5 hrs so plan accordingly! $25/hr for our party size but every member of party required to purchase a drink, which basically doubled the cost. Cute basic karaoke room, still using binders of songs, felt like the selection was okay. Two single occupancy bathrooms (which were for some reason gendered).

I called to make a reservation and called back to get a confirmation. Turns out my reservation did not go through and the person operating the floor was extremely rude and not apologetic about messing up the reservation.

Very disappointing experience. They pulled up YouTube search bar as karaoke… which included watching YouTube ads… unless you want an overpriced YouTube sing along experience don’t go here.

HORRIBLE!
For my first time doing karaoke with friends. For a friends birthday present I wanted to treat him a good birthday so brought him here to celebrate but honestly I was truly disgusted by the audacity of this business. After a whopping $400 dollar bill the employees still demanded a $50-$70 tip for their effortless service and on top of that the attitude they gave us even after still tipping was my final straw with them two (a guy and girl). So if anyone is trying to have a good time and have a greater service please find another karaoke lounge because this place is not it!
They are going to demand a tip no matter what!

Pretty reasonably priced and clean, you have to order some drink when you rent the room though. Large song selection they recently introduced YouTube onto their system and they have the typical karoke system too.

On Black Friday @11:50 pm
We witnessed the valet parking guy threatening to fight an uber driver that was picking people from the karaoke studio, he chased the car with a flashlight calling them names. Not cool.

Horrible experience. We were late due to not finding any parking, the man servicing us seemed so annoyed in general, barely showed us how to work the karoke pad (it took us 20 minutes to figure out on our own), wouldn’t let us pay separately, and DEMANDED a mandatory tip when all he did was bring us was water.
“It’s a small percentage of your check”
Ok? Why am I required to give you such a big tip when you didn’t do anything??? I handed him an 5 and he demanded the price he wrote down the receipt. (25$)
We figured out the machine and had fun while we could yeah, but overall the price was not worth it and the service was just awful.

This is a best karaoke place in ktown! They have plenty of rooms, and the rooms and restroom look nice and clean. Pricing is pretty cheap. The sound quality of mics were done really well!

Would definitely come back!
