I called to make a reservation and called back to get a confirmation. Turns out my reservation did not go through and the person operating the floor was extremely rude and not apologetic about messing up the reservation.

Very disappointing experience. They pulled up YouTube search bar as karaoke… which included watching YouTube ads… unless you want an overpriced YouTube sing along experience don’t go here.

HORRIBLE!
For my first time doing karaoke with friends. For a friends birthday present I wanted to treat him a good birthday so brought him here to celebrate but honestly I was truly disgusted by the audacity of this business. After a whopping $400 dollar bill the employees still demanded a $50-$70 tip for their effortless service and on top of that the attitude they gave us even after still tipping was my final straw with them two (a guy and girl). So if anyone is trying to have a good time and have a greater service please find another karaoke lounge because this place is not it!
They are going to demand a tip no matter what!

Pretty reasonably priced and clean, you have to order some drink when you rent the room though. Large song selection they recently introduced YouTube onto their system and they have the typical karoke system too.

On Black Friday @11:50 pm
We witnessed the valet parking guy threatening to fight an uber driver that was picking people from the karaoke studio, he chased the car with a flashlight calling them names. Not cool.

Horrible experience. We were late due to not finding any parking, the man servicing us seemed so annoyed in general, barely showed us how to work the karoke pad (it took us 20 minutes to figure out on our own), wouldn’t let us pay separately, and DEMANDED a mandatory tip when all he did was bring us was water.
“It’s a small percentage of your check”
Ok? Why am I required to give you such a big tip when you didn’t do anything??? I handed him an 5 and he demanded the price he wrote down the receipt. (25$)
We figured out the machine and had fun while we could yeah, but overall the price was not worth it and the service was just awful.

This is a best karaoke place in ktown! They have plenty of rooms, and the rooms and restroom look nice and clean. Pricing is pretty cheap. The sound quality of mics were done really well!

Would definitely come back!

Compared to three years ago, prices did not rise. Reasonable price among nearby karaoke bars. Beggars and merchants cannot enter.

Best karaoke in town! Newest songs are updated every time and the fares are very reasonable. Clean facility, kind services, and great accessibility from KTown. Definitely recommend!

The best karaoke in Koreatown! First of all, the part-time workers were really good-looking and kind, so I was able to enjoy the song happily. The facilities are clean, and the service provided is excellent for the price. The karaoke machines are up to date and well maintained, and the atmosphere is so nice that I want to go there often with my friends. If you are looking for a cost-effective karaoke in Koreatown, this is the best! Highly recommended!

The room and the mics are really nice! So far, I’ve received nothing but quick service and assistance to set up if needed. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR TIME! You pay after you are done with your session. This place has a LARGE variety of music compared to other karaokes so the price is worth it.

Parties of more than five are subject to a $29 dollar "service charge". There isn't any different in service from five to six people.

It's a really fun place and pretty cheap for parties greater than 3, but a little pricey if you have 3 or less. You need to buy a drink to enter, which is not included in the room rate.
