Coeliac, ate here May 2025. I had a GF everything bagel which was delicious and, I can confirm, did NOT poison me. The staff wipe down things between making bagels, but we noticed they used the same knife to cut a regular bagel and my GF one. We pointed it out and they made us another and let us keep both. If eating here as a coeliac, just ask them to make absolutely sure they wipe everything down to reduce risk of cross-contamination but I would eat here again. Very friendly...

If you're in Los Angeles and crave a New York Bagel there's a local favorite that will fulfill your need. A nothing fancy food truck that's easy to spot on those LA streets, Yeastie Boys is the way to go. My personal favorite is the Lox Deluxe add sprouts. Saw your mobile bagel truck on the series "Nobody wants This". I can't imagine what it costs to show bagels mobile shop in their TV show, but if I ever see ² we of your trucks, I'll pickup a bunch of bagels.,
