Every time I come here the staff welcomes everyone that walks in with a warm greeting. The stations are always cleaned and well stocked. So many tasty selections. I understand why they no longer offer samples so I don't get to try any of the new flavors unless I'm willing to take a risk but I'm not so o normally just get the original flavor with my normal toppings. The last time I walked in music was playing which was nice. So I hummed and enjoyed my cup as I walked out.

EVERY SINGLE time I see that scrawny, curly haired kid I know it’s about to be a bad visit because every time I see him closing its 2 hrs before closing and because they don’t want to refill the flavors they only leave 3 yogurt flavors on the floor before closing. It’s been MONTHS that it’s been like this and on top of that they posted a “cash only” sign to avoid card transactions for an easier closing shift. I’ve worked in the food industry before, I know all the short cuts but they’re doing TOO much shutting the place down way before it’s suppose to close. I let it slide for weeks but at this point, corporate has to be aware of how these gen z kids are handling business.

I’ve been here a few times and the store is always clean. The staff always greet me me and is helpful. I enjoy my visit EVERYTIME I’ve been in here!!!

OMG went in last night 9/24/23 and it was so clean there was also a young man who was maintaining the toppings bar with ocd like detail and I LOVED IT!! Good Job.

Went inside to get some yogurt and I asked if they had any sample cups. They told me they didn't have any. How are we suppose to try the new flavors or know how they taste if we can't sample them? I asked and they didn't even know how to answer that. I ended up just grabbing a flavor I normally get but I didn't even get a lot and the price for it was ridiculous. Almost $4 for this little bit that didn't even fill up half the cup. I honestly wanted to try the new flavors but they don't offer sample cups at this location. I went to another one in Ladera Heights and they had sample cups so I don't understand why this location doesn't have any. The staff wasn't rude about it and it's not their fault but I honestly was mind blown since other locations offer sample cups.

Their flavors near Usc aren’t my favorite, but I LOVE THEM! THEY MAKE LUNCH BREAKS SPLENDID…mine is 8:30pm! I rush there for a lemon cheesecake pineapple brownie mash up…sooooooo good!!!
