I’ve been coming here almost every week for 3+ years. Ever since the new guy started a few months ago, something’s always off when he’s on shift; machines really dirty or broke, stuff missing. He doesn’t want to refill them. It’s always him. Just got back from the store and so over this new guy. He’s just so rude.

UPDATES
I think they removed him or he’s just gone. Now all the toppings are full and the workers are nice. But now their reward scanner is broken. I’m updating the 1 star to 3 star

I tried this place on vacation because it was closest to where I was staying. I chose the tart and lemon sorbet flavors. The tart flavor was blah, and the lemon sorbet watery. The toppings were better than the actual yogurt.

The manager Ryan and the team member Alejandro are excellent workers. They were very helpful. They represent yogurtland well!! Would gladly come again!

If there were a 0 star would most DEFINITELY add, dude was rude to my mother and sister for no reason at all. Asked to Please open the restroom and the lady(not sure if it was the manager) and she laughed at our face and said, “I don’t have to open it for you and walked away. So we asked the man at the cashier and said we would buy something to go to the restroom and this “man” responded with, “It’s because the restrooms are clean and I don’t know if it’ll be dirty after.” Asked once more if he can Please open it as it and he responded with and I quote, “Look lady I don’t know if you Understand what I just said, No Lady” and started laughing at her face and saying some things and walked away. Very rude and there was literally No reason to be rude.

This yogurtland isn’t in the best neighborhood but it doesn’t show on the inside. You do have to ask the cashiers to get you a cup, they put all the toppings you want. They were super friendly and super clean.

Parking: This location shares parking with a couple other places including Home Depot and some fast food place in the little plaza. Be super careful and mindful of where you park since there is a lot of homeless folks and mentally unstable individuals.

This is a frozen yogurt chain store that is open until late at night. The staff was just cleaning and was very polite, which is rare in American stores, and I was impressed. For the yogurt, you order the toppings yourself, have the staff measure them, and then pay for the toppings. It was delicious ?Customers were coming one after another, probably because there was a parking lot.

The employee's service is very bad, they should be sent to training on how to treat customers ?
