Very disappointed customer service from Alexandria due to not able to explain why they could not donate nor give information to contact management and cooperate office.
Trying to get spoons for Christmas to give to the homeless for there care packets that I am making.

I absolutely love yogurt places. Very clean and friendly staff. So many yogurt and topping chooses!
Great place and nice workers!
YUMMY!!!! My girl and I went, and she felt like a little kid making her own yogurt and enjoying it with me :D
It was delicious, I'm surprised I enjoyed mango LOL
The yogurt tasted fresh, and the toppings were very interesting and unique (such as BOBA???)
The only downsides is that the bathroom requires a code, and that to get toppings you need an employee, and they sometimes weren't at the desk

Five stars for Yogurtland! The variety of flavor choices is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. Jessie deserves a special shout-out for being so friendly and helpful.
They don’t upcharge deluxe toppings
This place is clean and the toppings area looked nice. All the fruit looked fresh. The flavors were really good. I had pistachio, red velvet, cake batter, and pumpkin pie!
They hire the rudest people in LA to work there
The attendant Monica was unhappy very rude body language was terrible and makes you not want to go back.
Would've gotten a five star but the staff wasn't smiling or greeting at all :)

The place is clean and the staffs are nice but I just literally saw two homeless people walk in and grab their yogurt and leave without paying. The security was there but did not intervene. I liked coming here occasionally but don’t feel comfortable anymore due to sanitary issues.
I got a mixture and what can I say it's good
I came here to pick up my order and waited for 20 minutes before cancelling and leaving. I was told that the order would be ready in 2 minutes, and then they simply ignored me and served those customers who came into the store.
The girl who helped us was nice and smiling, I missed her name.
