Male staff member, working Fri 10/6 at Midtown Crossing Yogurtland, pulled original tart self-serve with a full line of people waiting at 9 a.m. I asked what time the place closed and was told 10 p.m. Thought the machine was down but then saw him filling tubs for the frig and asked if I could take one of those for purchase and was told, "no, those are for the frig for tomorrow." ? Speechless.

This yogurtland's counter was very dirty while the worker was on her phone. Never have I've seen a counter so messy and I've been going to yogurtland for years. Guess I'll stick to my favorite spot on Vermont

I've been coming here for some time with my son. Flavors are usually pretty good, even if it is over priced. However, I don't like sharing my dessert with animals. I love dogs, but I don't kiss them in the mouth like some folks. Well, one of these folks came in and was getting repeated samples for herself and the dog. When I asked the employee about it, she said there's nothing they could do. Really. Yeah, I'm good

I have been coming to this location for more than 5 years and I am completely appalled. Came in here about 8:55 pm today and my daughter had to use the restroom the person working Abigail kindly said no because they were going to clean and close the restroom for the night. I asked her what time they closed and she said 10 pm. It wasn't even 9 yet when my kid asked to use the restroom. I let her know it was 9:58 to be exact and she informed me they close the restrooms at 9. She also said she was following the rules that the kitchen staff and her manager Christa gave her. I didn't even have time to get my own yogurt because my daughter had to use the restroom badly so I left with only one for her. It's ridiculous my daughter had to pee herself because this young employee was "following the rules" of closing the restroom before 9pm although this Yogurtland closes at 10. Don't come here people they might just kick you out before you even walk in

Always 10 out of 10 just wish TARO flavor was back recommend all locations having the ready to go pre served option cause I'll take that home all the time.
Yogurt's great,,,, they just won't honor the 3oz free through Yelp anymore. That's really a bummer since we come here 4/5 days a week. :(

I wrote a really bad review about the Century City Westfield mall store because it deserved it.... On the other hand I MUST give props to the VENICE BLVD STORE as it is one of the best around I have found... Clean floors and machinery are very obvious and beyond compare to other stores. Both Jennifer and Julissa have been our cashier/helpers on numerous occations and they most deservedly need to be thanked on here. Perhaps a raise, bonus, and vacation for 2 are in order for both of these gals. They charged 65c per oz and recently raised to 67c per oz... well worth it....I strongly suggest this store for satisfaction on all levels.... Great flavor selection, friendly service and a great place to hang and "chill". BUT BEWARE Stay away from the Century City Mall franchise as the price is almost 3 times higher there!

Great location. Tons of parking and helpful workers. Something i like about this location is that they have pre-packed yogurt in a freezer on the side for only $5. Awesome way to get a good deal for frozen yogurt to enjoy later!

Flavors yum!!!!! machine was barkin at me though, kinda loud but kept a nice tempo. toppings popped off, no napkins though.

Do not order through the delivery apps. Buy your yogurt in person. I ordered banana in my yogurt & it came with a side of fingernail clippings. I'm pretty sure the worker peeled the banana and cut it up without gloves. How insanely unsanitary. Will not be ordering or going here again.
