I went to get my soda Asked Angelene for a straw she said get it by the lids I told her there was none she got the straws from the stack an put them in the straw holder instead of just giving me one at the counter I asked for ginger she put them on the counter instead of my bag she give a Racist vibe don't look good for business because you never know who will walk into the establishment the restaurant was dirty and she never greeted me David did he was very nice and quick with my order

The portion was so little on the large beef bowl, for the $$$ price. When I went to complain, the cashier noticed the amount and was told by person serving not to add any more . The quantity and quality of food is poor. I didn’t get a receipt for my purchase & was told out of paper. The restaurant lacks customer service and is overpriced. Won’t come to this USC location ever again.Parking: Figueroa #1143

Terrible place, the bathrooms are dirty, there is no toilet paper, the floor is dangerous and disgusting, there is soda everywhere scattered on the floor, I was about to fall

If you are ready to give up your whole lunch time or are in a moderate rush DONT COME HERE. it takes FOREVER AND ITS NOT EVEN BUSY AND THE FOOD ISNT EVEN ALL THAT FRESH TASTING!

I got the wrong order, so I came back to the place & had a gentleman who seemed to be the manager of the location re-make the order without any issues & he sounded sincerely apologetic about it. He also said he will look into who was the cook when I placed my order so he can make sure that doesn't happen again. It's nice when people actually take responsibility & reassure you the issue will be looked into & corrected. And the order he handed me looks amazing! Thank you for doing the right thing, Mr. Manager!

Me and my wife went inside to purchase I won't end sit down with my baby Chihuahua And I got approached by a supervisor that told me that my Chihuahua couldn't be in the baby's chair So I asked her where's your policy that my baby can be in your chair she replied aggressively and told me that I had a remover of the baby chair I removed my Chihuahua from the baby chair she aggressively grabbed the baby chair and put it back in his place Then she told me no littering I ask her I am purchasing something here why are you so rude my wife is purchasing something and I'm sitting here mining my own business She was the most rude employee they have in the Yoshinoya I've been going to that you know you for 43 years I have never been approached so rude in my life I don't understand why she's so rude with her own kind she looked hispanic to me I am hispanic I politely told her do I look like a bum to you And her customer service was Very rude outlined I hope nobody Go through that embarrassing moments like that I hope they make sure that they're employees have better customer service in the near future..

Beef bowl only has a little beef. Broccoli tastes like detergent. The restroom has been destroyed by somebody. Very creepy.

It's a decent restaurant. Not using the greatest ingredients. But sufficient. I've always like to do their comps. Never had a bad meal from this chain. Though some of the customers can be quite a denigrating scene. MacArthur parks locale hasots of homeless about, druggies drugged out. All the drama that comes with that lifestyle is on full display as you eat. So I usually get it to go.

Yoshinoya is a quick, convenient go to for when I'm craving Asian bowls but this location's service + wait time is furthest from quick. For starters, an employee always takes forever to come to the counter no matter if there's a long or short line. Second, I went today to a full group of people waiting for their orders & there's no chef in the kitchen for a solid few minutes!!! Third, the floors appear wet or dirty almost every time. I wish I had another Yoshinoya by me because for a place that so many people stops by at especially since it's near USC, I would hope they'd step up their game a little.
