AWFUL, WORKER SAYS SHE SERVED DOG! The worker Maria, helped my grandfather out and he was confirming that his order was the combo plate and she said “no it’s dog”. What kind of an establishment gives this kind of service. Not only is that disrespectful but culturally insensitive!

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Yoshinoya for over 10 years, mostly using the drive-thru, and I’ve always enjoyed the food. However, my recent experience with the manager, Ofelia, was very disappointing. She refused to let me use the restroom unless I purchased something first, even after I explained that I was planning to buy a meal as I always do.

This kind of treatment felt unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially for a long-time customer. Unfortunately, despite the good food, this experience has left me reconsidering whether I’ll return to this location.

Wow! Highly recommend coming here for the best customer service experience I have ever had. From the warm welcome as you walk in feeling like you are right at home to the patience of the staff when I placed my order and then to top it off when I asked for condiments I did not get the what, if, and, or but here. The staff was very generous in providing the necessary amount for the many plates I purchased. Will definitely return to this place because this took me back when human kindness existed and the humbleness of this staff just put the cherry on top to this whole experience. It made our food taste even better then expected which we could tell was made with passion and love which is the key ingredients to the best tasting YOSHINOYA WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! Thank you all!!!

The employee at the window was nice and professional and gave me plenty of ginger as requested. This Yoshinoya is great because it is one of the few left that has a drive thru. The new Jalapeno Yuzu sauce is pretty bomb as well.

Hello my experience with yoshinoya was terrible today. I am 4 months pregnant and came to ur restaurant today to eat since I’ve been looking forward to ur chicken teriyaki for a few days now . I got there and the cashier told me to give him a minute since he was busy. I asked if for the code for the bathroom and he said I have to order first. I told him well since ur busy Can I go to the bathroom for now and order after. He said no. I didn’t say anything but thought it was ridiculous. Then a lady came into our conversation and said Manager rules. I told her I am pregnant and have to go pee since the cashier wasn’t ready and she said no. I no longer wanted to eat at ur restaurant and left instead. Don’t come here. They obviously have a 3.7 rating for a reason

Horrible experience and did not have a welcoming atmosphere the cashier Stephanie has a really bad attitude and I honestly think she should be fired. She's working in the wrong department if she can't tolerate dealing with other people including people with disabilities

This was by far the worst Yoshinoya I have ever had
The beef bowl was mostly large pieces of onion and the little beef that it did have was old and very mushy possibly old or over cooked
