It’s a shame they dont follow the same business model as Japan, but honestly even with my tempered expectations it still wasn’t bad. The staff was extremely nice, it was above Average for Asian fast food. I do wish it had eggs as a few other people mentioned as well 🥚

I ordered many large plates and clam chowder. they didn't put any crackers, spoons, folks, paper, ginger. Basically gave foods only even i requested. and workers are so rude and not much clean. I never go back there.

Very bad experience with the woman who is tattooed, she did not want to give me my order, claiming that I had placed the order online and I placed two orders, do not buy there when this woman is a Latina with glasses, somewhat tall and light skin, she treats the employees very badly. believing herself too much is a racist
Tell Yesenia in a pink Apple computer to stop doing her schoolwork when she has to work she messes up the orders. Makes me wait over 30 minutes and I didn’t even get what I ordered. Very disappointed.

The store has its main entrance blockaded with couple chairs. Only access is thru one corner door. It’s definitely not a family friendly place. I got a large beef bowl to go. When I got home and opened the plastic bag, there was a pool of beef bowl juice in the bag but not in the container with the food. It was like they spooned the juice over the closed container. Maybe this is how the management gets back at customers who complain about unsafe public fire access.
