First time eating at Yoshinoya in the states after having only eaten it in Japan. My expectations were tempered given what I’ve heard about American locations. Overall the gyudon still disappointed. The beef tasted good, but was on the dry side. Plus, the rice wasn’t even cooked correctly…it was a bit hard.

I just want to see I am very thankful for the wonderful customer service, and the quick detailed attention that I was given by Miss Amalia the supervisor at this restaurant, I presented an issue to her. She quickly not only resolved it, but made me a new, reoccurring customer finally Wanna say thank you for your wonderful service and your quick attention. I will certainly be back. Thank you very much for all your help.
