Food was mediocre (I've had better at other Yoshi locations). I got the beef bowl with white rice. Couldn't get it double chopped like I requested. Orange chicken is no longer on the menu unfortunately. The new Korean chicken (dark meat) was so unpleasant, not tasty at all. And I asked for regular soy sauce but got low sodium soy sauce instead, which has no flavor. The flavor of the matcha boba drink was also mediocre. Starbucks' and Dunkin's matcha flavor is much better.

The employee today CLEARLY doesn't know how her own company's coupons work. I have these coupons delivered to my home frequently and this is the first time the lady told me that I had to get exactly what was photographed on the coupon. I told her no, I've redeemed these before and it's supposed to be for a combo. The coupon did not specify what type of combo. It was just 2 combos. Management needs to retrain their employees.
So sad, I waited a long time to get my food only to get it burnt... especially my GYOZAS they came in all burnt and I pretty much had to throw them away bc they were not edible at all :(((

One of the few Yoshinoyas that allows you to change rice for more vegetables. Other stores will only subtract from your order! Very consistent with their food too!

The worst experience ever! Me and my mom both got food poisoning from this place. We suddenly got up in the middle of the night vomiting like crazy. The only meal that both of us had that day was Yoshinoya. The beef was probably spoiled already. We woke up around 1.30 and couldn’t even go back to sleep since we kept going to the bathroom.
