Customers are really horrible. They are entitled and get angry (almost 2 fights) like ik it's the hood and you're hangry but come on 😠BUT THE STAFF IS SO NICE. They spoke really calmly, politely, and were very welcoming.

I went in three times and there's a bad odor. They blame that it's homeless people that come in there. I can understand that but it is possible to clean up after that. They're open late and have no drive thru. People get mixed up with Jack in the box drive thru. I asked for the chicken bowl. After the first time I asked if they can not give me burnt hard chicken and they continued to do so. The first meal was not enjoyable because I literally had to toss all the chicken away. It was as of the chicken was sitting out for a while it got crispy so they threw it on my plate. I asked politely if that can not happen but it continued. I think they have potential but management needs to step up. The cashier was very polite and I apologize for not asking for the name. Let's go yoshinoya I believe your service can improve.
