Very bad serviceAn elderly woman returned a soup that was given to her cold and the manager got angry and returned the money and did not want to give her the soup.And he told them not to sell the soup to the lady and I will not return to that place, very bad service and everything cold and bad.

I was told that the boba machine was broken, and was asking for a refund but was told I wasn’t able to get one in return because I ordered through the app. I asked for a second opinion but wasn’t given one of the same value I already paid for. I used the app because I am feeling sick and wanted to limit my personal interaction and instead spent more time finding my own solutions. Feeling tired I settled for 2 items of lesser value, asAgain I couldn’t get a refund.When I got home to eat, the rice was mushy almost like thick porridge consistency and that honestly surprised me as yoshinoa tends to deliver a consistent product with a consistent taste. I chose this location because it had a drive through and didn’t want to cook for the family as again I’m feeling sick. I got stuck with 5 orders of rice from large bowls that I gave to our dog “butterball bean” as our family members kindly left it due to its soggy consistency.

This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to eat. Waited a whole freaking hour just to pick up my mobile order, and the rude workers even insulted a customer for complaining about the long wait. They don’t even bother to talk to you to let you know what’s going on with your order. After an hour, my combo was delivered, and my food was cold, the rice was undercooked, and they skimped on the chicken too. This store is a total disaster. I advise everyone never to set foot here.

The food was good. But I went to the drive thru. And they forgot about my clamp chowder soup. That was good because you expect they pay attention to your order. I realized it when I got home. So I didn't want to come back. Please check your order before you leave. Because they forget sometimes. Service wasn't that great, either. The lady looked distracted. Didn't like this place at all. I will not come again that's for sure.

I ordered a XL and it looks like i got a regular combo, i barley got any vegetables and got very few pieces of chicken, my regular combo barely had any chicken aswell. they had dine in closed and no cars in drive through so there was no point in rushing.

No fountain drinks to choose from except Pepsi, and Fruit Punch. All other flavors were out. Also, lots of people with pickup/delivery orders were turned away because THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN. Wow. That was a first for me. ... Running out of chicken. And just the quality of the food was just very disappointing.

I walked in around noon on Friday instead of waiting in the long drive thru line. There was only 1 person ahead of me that was being waited on , the worker walked away from the register when it was my turn without saying a word. He focused on the drive thru orders.. As I was waiting I observed the lady preparing the food had no gloves on and she was actually pressing down on the food with her hand to make room for the veggies and meat. I don't care if she washes her hands every time ( doubt it) gloves need to be worn, that's just unsanitary and disgusting. At that point I had been waiting about 8 min with at leat 8 people behind me .. I walked out !!! I will NEVER come to that place again.
