This is a shack, which is fine. What isn't fine are: 1) Several items shown online for THIS restaurant in Los Feliz, such as nachos, fries and fried plantains. We specifically chose Yuca's in Los Feliz because the online menu shows they have fried plantains. They don't. So I went so the double cheeseburger with chili, which was supposed to be $9.50 plus tax. The total came to $10.98. I was charged extra for cheese even though the priceon the menu included cheese. The burger was frozen and the chili was canned. DON'T BOTHER. For what you get, it's a rip off. Never again.

I catered Yuca's for a corporate event last week and it was an absolute hit! All the attendees had great things to say and were very excited to see they were catering. Not only was the food delicious but the service was wonderful! The team was so kind and helpful! They were early and they set up and tore down which was a great help! They were also great to work with to schedule and request the catering. I would 100% recommend buying local and catering through Yuca's!

The best tacos in LA. Definitely get the carne asada! Nice people and outside seating to people and dog watch.

Extremely rude server and the hambugers looked and tasted pathetic.

Good food but very high prices, considering the location and cost of goods going up I can sort of understand their pricing..

It’s modest but the food isn’t. Based in a little hut in Los Feliz they serve authentic and true Mexican. I had a taco which hit the spot extremely well.

Small portions, high prices, store bought tortillas, no housemade salsa, the asada was decent, everything else was not even comparable to a taco truck.

A true Los Feliz/LA gem. Been coming here for 15+ years and as someone who’s lived in both LA and San Diego this place makes the best tacos I’ve ever had. Make sure to get the cochinita and/or machaca. The burgers are great as well, super flavorful because they’re made on the same grill as the other meats. Much love to this place and the amazing people that run it. Bonus points for the big parking lot and free pickled jalapeños (just ask!)
