This is a very cute spot. Tons of plants, nice natural light, clean. The people working there are very friendly and professional, and set a great tone for a chill ambiance.

However, I did not like the food. I also t
Don’t think we ordered anything that truly would have shown us the best they have to offer. We got the kabocha squash, which while nice because it’s just good squash straight up roasted, it came with tough chucks of ginger that were not good to eat. We also ordered the pickles—the veggies that were pickled were good, but the cucumbers weren’t pickled, why? We also ordered the nachos because we saw other diners eating the nachos and they looked good! They tasted so-so, à very strange mix of raw and cooked elements. I had indigestion all night and into the next day.
We didn’t try the coffee or tea, so I can’t speak to that. But we got two cookies: the basic chocolate chip was terrible in flavor and consistency - I only had a couple of bites, and for me says a lot that I didn’t bother to eat the whole thing. The other cookie was a vegan yam mochi— neither of us could really chew it. Flavor was ok. But overall, not worth eating.

However, the ambiance here is great. They obviously have loyal customers coming in for an early dinner and loving it. So, it’s probably good if you get tipped off on what to order.

Would come visit this place again and again. Delicious food, wonderful and friendly service, prices are EXTREMELY reasonable.... And the PLANTS! 🥰 they're literally everywhere you look, it's so beautiful. The air heat feels clean and nice. The drinks are cheap during happy hour. Highly recommend.

Super cute a lunch and early dinner spot in downtown LA. The space itself is adorable, with plenty of hanging plants and wooden tables. The food is prepared and presented nicely. The happy hour is also great; Boba and beer are $40 from 4 to 6 PM! Last time I got a delicious iced matcha latte and it was refreshing and delightfully yummy. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Usually love their food but I got an albacore bowl and the albacore was BAD. It smelled so weird and taste rly fishy and awful. I’m so disappointed because it is not cheap.

There plants are amazing the food is great. Last timer there was a young enterprising lady with single cigs, and low dollar nugs.

Four stars because the restaurant is absolutely charming, and the kind of gem that DTLA needs more of. The salmon bowl was fine, and the breaded broccoli was kind of bad. I was expecting tempura, but it was kind of gummy and sad. Still, this is such a lovely place that I don’t hesitate to recommend it. Maybe narrowing the menu and putting a lot of love into fewer dishes would make this a five.

Yuko Kitchen in Downtown LA is my new favorite spot for a quick, healthy meal. They serve Japanese comfort food with a modern twist, and the flavors are spot on. I tried their teriyaki chicken rice bowl, and it was amazing—tender chicken, perfectly cooked rice, and delicious vegetables. The space is small but cozy, and the staff was friendly. Definitely a hidden gem for anyone looking for a fast yet flavorful lunch!

The atmosphere is whimsical, the staff was very friendly and let us know about the cafeteria style approach. The price was well worth the amount of food we received and I wish people knew about this place more. We’ll be coming back to this location and their other location as well.

Not kid-friendly; almost all of the menu is spicy. The guy at the reception speaks like he is disgusted all the time! It is just the look of the restaurant that is good, and the environment is good.

Great friendly staff! The food was exactly what I was looking for healthy, flavorful and big portions. I got the tofu bowl with the peanut sauce. Glad to finally visit and can’t wait to go back :)
