Zero stars if possible. Originally it was one lady I didn’t like the service from but now I see they’re all unprofessional. I buy from here regularly, and when I placed my order I didn’t know I was sending off my kid to elementary school with a spicy chipotle bagel sandwich when I had ordered his egg bacon and cheese plain bagel sandwich only. I called in this afternoon asking for the manager and the lady hung up on me. I called back 5x and she did not answer me until the 6th call again and told me “are you going to order or not? Because its just me right now and I have a lot of orders and customers.” Only one person was in line. She didn’t expect me to walk in, and she still didn’t give me the manager’s name or anything. Simply went to hide in the kitchen and pretend to be busy. I was not given a manager’s name and i was not given an answer as to why she hanged up on me. One person could still say the managers name and continue working. How hard is it to provide the information?.
