I ordered my food to be mild, mind you i can handle spicy and my friend can handle it better than me.
The mild is really2 spicy.to the point my stomach hurt.even for my friend that can handle super spicy food said it is really spicy, nothing about it is mild.
It eaither they got my order wrong or thats just how mild is for them.
Be aware.
Delicious food and great service!! We ate the Rose yup duk and it was DELICIOUS!! Parking has a person valeting the very small lot, for $3, it was worth it.

slow service, but good food. the main item was pretty interesting and you can feed a couple people from it. beware that it is spicy. I wanted to try some of their add on bowls but wouldn't have had enough space to finish it. they also have beverages for a very good price!

6-7 seating so dinner time you might have to wait 10-20 min.
The girl kept scaring me away from danger and I should’ve listened. I eat sriracha like a snack and this was a bit difficult that I had to pause for drinks + snot + rest multiple times.

I’ve always wanted to try the kind of tteokbokki you see in Korea, and this was the perfect place for it!
It was just as spicy as they said, but still really flavorful and satisfying.
The fish cakes were delicious, the portions is huge so it’s definitely a challenge to finish, but you can take the rest to go, which is great.
The staff were super friendly as well.
Overall I had a really great dinner.

The hot Korean rice cake is ok by my taste. It's not the greatest. In fact, I make a better one at home. I don't like the melted cheese on top & the sauce taste is average. The prices are kinda high & it's really for young folks that wants try it out for the first time. Unfortunately It won't be a regular hang out for me.

My go to spot when I'm craving tteokbokki. Portions are big and I really enjoy the sweet and spicy yup dduk sauce. I like that the rice cakes stay soft and chewy even when there are leftovers. The food is so filling and satisfying !

. Just order the tteokbokki here. The chicken stew and chicken feet are really not good.
I ordered the chicken stew because it reminded me of what I used to eat in Korea, but as expected, it didn’t taste anything like it. Maybe it’s because the ingredients are different—the flavor was off, and even though I ordered it mild, it wasn’t spicy at all.
I froze half of the chicken stew, but I ended up just throwing it away. The chicken feet were so tough that they were inedible, so I threw them all out too. It completely ruined my Friday evening.
I wanted to ask for a refund, but I figured they wouldn’t give me one just because it didn’t taste good, so I held back.
떡볶이는 한국엽떡까진 아니어도 비슷한편, 하지만 닭볶음탕, 닭발은...진짜 솔직히 왜파는지 모르겠음 닭발 특히 비리고 양념맛없고 질기고 거뭇거뭇함

I visited a restaurant last night with some friends and ordered a tteokbokki set and soondae. Unfortunately, the tteokbokki was overcooked and soggy, and the soondae wasn’t even cut properly—we had to cut it ourselves with scissors. It was also a bit tough, so we ended up leaving most of it.
The real problem, though, was the service. While we were still eating—about an hour into our meal—a staff member suddenly brought us the check and asked if we’d be paying by card or cash. We told him that we were still in the middle of our meal, and the staff apologized and walked away. Still, it felt like they were trying to kick us out
A little later, another staff came over to ask if we needed anything else. At that point, we were so uncomfortable that we just asked for the check and decided to leave.
I had been looking forward to spending a fun evening with my friends, enjoying good food and catching up, but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It really ruined what should’ve been a special night.
Best tteokbokki in LA, the texture and flavor is 🧑🏼🍳💋. I get mine with cellophane noodles to “stretch” the amount you get
Been Coming Here For Years Now. Service And Staffing Are Always Friendly. The Food Is Always So Goood!
