Writing this as a warning. Be wary ordering online. If you get to the restaurant and they tell you that your order requires an additional 20 minutes because they're slammed, they will not be able to refund you -- since it's an online order. I even stayed to ensure they could walk me through how to request a refund online and they didn't know how to do that either. I've had to reach out to Zankou myself via email. Do with this information that you will.

Gladys is a gem. Friendly, welcoming, sweet. She took my order and as always efficient. When I went in to pick up my meal, which has been a very regular occurrence, she was on a break. I asked the young lady taking my money to thrown in some pickled as I always do. She was staring at the register and after a time I asked if I could swipe my card. She explained that the pickles had charged when only with a bowl. I mentioned that it’s never been mentioned and said she would speak to Gladys about that. That is NOT what you tell a customer when you can’t figure out how to enter it and make them wait. I asked to speak with a manager and she proudly announced that she was one of the ones in charge. She proceeded to further explain about the charge, but she would give me one this time. It’s not the money, but a friendly welcome with a smile would have been preferred. Every other employee is fabulous, but I suggest that this person gets advised on customer service. There are other establishments with food and for that matter other Zankou’s. Here’s to Gladys for doing a great job!

I've been to almost all of their establishments, and I can say food is great, but they always forget something that i tequest. It's as though they are not paying attention.
I love zankou chicken but when we came to this location I was somewhat disappointed with the wait time and the quality of food was below average unfortunately.
First I want to start off by saying the food is amazing but the service is very bad and slow mind you we ordered 30 minutes before we got there because we where travelling me and my family and I told them I want the food ready when I get, I got there and I had to wait for about 20 min and when they gave me the food I had to wait for the drinks another 10 min and I only ordered coke for the drinks, the tables are dirty I had to switch my seat twice because it had things spilt over them on the seats and it was jus very nasty and to the restaurant owner the cashier lady is very rude and I was there around 9 o’clock pm.

This is a fairly medium-sized grocery store. It has Islamic foods such as chicken and some meat. They also placed a restaurant in part of it to prepare and serve food inside the place. It needs more cleanliness and attention
