Zankou is one of my staple food spots. wanna thank the guy behind the register today, Matias. I like the bowl w no rice, to go. Usually, when I get home I find rice in the bowl, which is disappointing, however , today Matias took my order then made sure it was correct before I left. That’s good service.
Zankou serves truly delightful fast casual Middle Eastern fare. As someone who spent time in the Middle East and has had authentic Middle Eastern food while in the military,I can be a little snobby about it. While I wouldn’t put Zankou quite on the level, for fast casual in the States, it is truly delightful. I had the combo kabob with garlic sauce, a side a hummus , and a side order of falafels (shout out to my friend Jordan for recommending that I get an thing of garlic sauce...

Service: Jenni was AMAZING! Great personality, super helpful and she's pretty.
Price: A little high, but worth it. The meal was about $17 prior to my add on of rice and a soda.
I HIGHLY recommend this place and will return ❤️
