Gladys is a gem. Friendly, welcoming, sweet. She took my order and as always efficient. When I went in to pick up my meal, which has been a very regular occurrence, she was on a break. I asked the young lady taking my money to thrown in some pickled as I always do. She was staring at the register and after a time I asked if I could swipe my card. This has been one of my favorite places to eat for many years, but the quality of food and the portion size have been noticeably diminished to a sub-par level it's so disappointing. I would suggest charging a little more to get it back up to speed!
I've been to almost all of their establishments, and I can say food is great, but they always forget something that i tequest. It's as though they are not paying attention.
