I go to the ihop in sanford florida and bree is a young and strong excellent waitress, she never complains even if we do and she has always earned her big tips from us since we are difficult customers- the food is delicious and affordable- try the sirloin tips with extra mushrooms and onions and God and Jesus love you!

Fairly new in Los Banos. Not too busy. Ordered an omelet from their happy hour menu. Huge serving with enough left over for another meal......and only $8. A great value.....and delicious.
Main menu items are a bit pricey

Everything was cooked to perfection and service was very pleasant. I had the sampler and loved the ham it had great flavor,hash browns were perfectly browned and egg yolks nice and runny.
