I'm not sure if it was the timing but our 8 tacos took about 10 minutes or a little over.
We had a good experience ordering from Jack in the Box.
We used the mobile app to place our order ahead of time, and the pickup process was quick and convenient.
Our order was accurate, and the food was hot and fresh when we received it.
The staff were polite during our visit, and the parking lot appeared clean and well maintained.

The Jack in the Box restaurant offers excellent food that is fresh and hot, but the overall customer experience leaves much to be desired. The facilities, particularly the bathrooms, are reported to be dirty, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly during the visit. Additionally, the cashier at the drive-thru had difficulties with order accuracy and displayed a lack of customer service, refusing to correct the mistake. Despite these shortcomings, the restaurant's signature menu item, the "Smash" burger, is highly recommended, with suggestions to order a double. The restaurant does have a convenient parking lot in front of the building, providing easy access for customers.
