Terrible service they don’t keep track of orders… I don’t see the purpose of ordering on line when you have to wait there for whole hour in line and the only reason I kept waiting because I couldn’t cancel my order…they don’t use those ovens where you just walk and plug in your code order… totally false advertisement on Hot and Ready…. I am avoiding this place at all cost… Don’t go you will be disappointed and mad.
At first I was irritated bc my 2liter was not included. I received a call today from the store, and I was offered a 2 liter on my next visit. I really appreciated that, I thought that was cool..I have nothing but good things to say about the pizza.The NFL calzone pizza is FIRE..

I can’t believe this place can stay open. Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered pizza online for pickup at 3:00. I arrived at 2:50 and found a line out the door. I figured no problem, should be expected on a busy football day. Only problem was the employees inside were completely clueless on how to get things moving and didn’t appear to have any management directing them. 3 1/2 employees making pizza and only 1/2 a person taking and handing out orders.
