We ordered vegan Tinga empanadas which were literally the best empanadas I’ve ever had in my life! Amazing texture on the blue corn maze crust was delightfully crafted, flaky-crisp and soft at the same time. The filling was incredible as well. The chips, salsa trio & guacamole were awesome as well. Someone must be growing tomatoes for them because they taste surprisingly fresh as do all the ingredients. Andale has earned its place in the top tier restaurants of Los Gatos...
