All the toppings for the fro yo seemed a little stale. The strawberries looked dried out and there wasn't much to choose from. Also stop asking for a tip. The customer is doing all the work, which is fine, but why do u expect a tip?!
I got a boba drink and banh mi. The boba was made with strawberry green tea and strawberry popping boba. The banh mi is made with pork, pickled vegetables, cilantro, and a baguette. I thought they were both okay, and the presentation of the strawberry boba looked nice. They also have assam black tea, which sounds interesting.
My one criticism is, they need to clean more. The table I sat at was dirty.

Ordered a few drinks through Grubhub. They add so much ice that ice is most of the cup. I took this photo about 45 after it was picked up by the GH driver. It’s super diluted and all I taste is water and syrup.

My husband wanted Vietnamese coffee and our friend saw this new place nearby. The Vietnamese coffee was good, especially the egg cream topping. (Our friend also got this and thought the coffee could be stronger). We also got the yellow yacht (mango banana smoothie) and dragonberry fusion (fruit tea). The smoothie was a win! My son really enjoyed this. It was not too sweet and nice and creamy. The drinks were really pretty with the small ice cubes that they use. We waited outside because we had dogs, and when our drinks were done, the barista brought them to us! That was service beyond expectations that we appreciated but definitely don't expect. We would come here again to try more!

Service is great but frozen yogurt is full of fillers and artificial ingredients. Toppings are also not as extensive as other like-shops.

This place is very good .as I love the drink through! I will definitely going to taste rest of the drink soon. Staff was very friendly n welcoming!
Auzzy The Bear is a delightful spot to stop by for a sweet treat in Los Gatos. The decor is beautiful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The frozen yogurt here is simply delicious, creamy and smooth. The flavors are creative and unique, with a variety of options to choose from: vegan, sugar free, fat free, gluten free, etc. They have classic flavors like vanilla, plain tart and double chocolate (which is vegan), and something more adventurous like Coconut Taro and Root Beer. There's something here to satisfy every craving. Highly recommended!
Cute little self-serve Froyo spot with some dairy free options!! Got a bit of the vegan original tart (very nice) and also the vegan double chocolate. The double chocolate had an interesting flavor, more deep and almost fruity, and not creamy... try this one if you like to eat dark chocolates. Also, I loved that the spoon they gave me was color-changing! (I'm not surprised that they keep these behind the counter and only hand out one per person. I washed and saved my spoon to reuse at home because it's so fun and nostalgic ??) Definitely worth a visit if you're in town!!
