Because my birthday is in December I always miss out on my birthday treat at Baskin Robbins but this year I made a point to go no matter the weather and the staff at this location did not disappoint. The ice cream is perfect and the store is clean and bright. It was a super fun time. Thank you for making my cold and rainy birthday a little sweeter!

This Baskin Robbins is the worst one I've ever been to. The kids that they have working here are unable to do their jobs unfortunately. On one occasion I ordered a large and medium milkshake.... Both ended up half filled by the employee which I have NEVER had happen. Why would I want to pay for nearly half filled shakes? Yesterday I went back and did not want to make the mistake of ordering shakes again so I ordered sundaes. Boy, was this a mistake. The hot fudge was not hot so it came out in the most disgusting thick chunks ever. Same for the marshmallow topping- never seen anything like it. The employee once again did not fill the cup up completely so again I was overcharged considering. Save your money, go to salt and straw or anywhere else.

I had a great experience at this location. Jonathan, the worker who was on staff, happened to be working alone but still managed to take and make orders efficiently. He didn't let us see him sweat! Great kid, and great customer service.

I haven't been to Baskin Robbins in probably 20 years, but they had a coupon for a free scoop if you join their mailing list so I went over after I finished grocery shopping at Nob Hill. The ice cream was delicious and the employee was very friendly and efficient. Looks like they remodeled the inside since the last time I was there. I would definitely go back with my family

What an absolutely delightful place. The best Baskin Robbins I have ever seen in my life. Beautiful inside and out. Kept clean and lots of cakes and ice cream containers to purchase. There are so many places to sit inside and out. Ample parking with big wide spaces and handicap spots. Julie, the person in charge of this store, was very friendly, kind and helpful and made my Cappuccino Blast quickly and made it extra special. It was so super delicious. There’s no finer treat than their scrumptious ice cream selections, ice cream drinks and more. I will be back soon and I’m sure you would too because it’s the best ice cream you can find bar none.

Probably one of the oldest 31 Flavors in the area which makes it cool! Plenty of room to eat inside or out. Great customer service! The ice cream is always good.
Thanks to Claire and Julie for making my daughter's birthday cake the most special one ever! With a few days advance notice to plan the design, Claire produced a gorgeous edible doppelgänger of my daughter's favorite stuffie! We were all ecstatically impressed...and almost didn't want to eat the masterpiece (but we eventually succumbed to our ice cream craving). Definitely will come back for more custom cakes in the future!

It is not a bad place to go to especially during the hot summer days. My dad and I happened upon this place while we were waiting on another appointment. The service was good and the ice cream was as you would expect. I was a little concerned that the worker was not using gloves nor did they wash their hands before handling our food where there is a sink clearly right next to them. However, with all the changes that are happening in the world, I would not be surprised if it is no longer necessary to wash your hands. The worker was also not dressed professionally or properly for their role. It look like they had just woken up from a nap in the back room. This has very little to do with the quality of the ice cream, but it does say something about the establishment and how things are allowed to be run. Other than that, the facility itself is nice and clean.

Worse experience that we have ever had. YOU WOULD NEVER WANT TO ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS STORE NOW UNDER A NEW OWNER. We ordered a dolphin design BIRTHDAY cake that is supposed to say Happy Birthday on the cake. My husband picked up the cake. When he got home, I saw that they gave us a totally different cake (I am sorry for the customer whose cake got sent to us and who probably wouldn't know about this!). My husband then went back to return the wrong cake and pick up "our" cake. The second time in a row they gave us a wrong cake. When my husband got home, we saw that this time it IS a dolphin cake, but the cake says "Merry Christmas". I called the store and turned out that this is a cake for someone else!!! I am so sorry for the other customer who would no longer have his/her Christmas Cake (and I wondered if they just got the wording wrong for the other customer, as it is AUGUST.) Beyond furious about what happened, and the owner didn't show any sincere sorry for this mess-up. I asked that they deliver the right cake to us and she said no. She said well there is nothing we can do and said "ou, you don't have to bring back the cake" and made it sound like this is a favor that she is giving us...Come on. My kids don't want to eat the cake at all as it is all the wrong flavor!!! As I was typing the above, the store called and said that they are willing to give me the refund and ask that we bring back the wrong cake (what?) They said that in order to get the refund, we need to go into the store!! I frankly couldn't believe what I heard when they said this. Would recommend anyone avoid this store (and the Saratoga one which belongs to the same owner). We used to love the Saratoga store with the caring owner/staff, but this is a completely different one now under new ownership!

Last evening had a real craving for a classic banana split. Drove to the nearby BR and was able to create my special ice cream sundae. The split banana was placed in the dish and I chose cherry jubilee, fresh peach, and chocolate fudge ice cream scoops. Pineapple, strawberry, and hot fudge toppings were added next. Finally, chopped nuts, whipped cream, and maraschino cherries were piled high on my creation. A sight to behold! I feared a sugar overload, but still I ate the whole thing! Yum! ?????❤️❤️❤️
