Great wines with a beautiful view
Met David Bruce way back first in Tampa fl at Burns restaurant. Second met David Bruce and wife at their house. The best wine he was making was aGewürztraminer. BUT IT DID NOT Sell BECAUSE IT COULD NOT BE PRONOUNCED. What a shame, it was delicious. But I had a great time both time I met David Bruce.
Love this place!! My mom worked there pre 95. B-E-A-utiful place!!!
Love the Chardonnay. Excellent place to get bulk prices. However,Ground pretty but sterile much off limits for visitors . Server was snooty.Bring your own food and hope the only picnic table is free.
Heads up! As of 3/18 there was a power line down along the entrance. Haven’t had a chance to try their wines yet!
(Thanks for updating the posted hours, I've edited my review.) Great winery with amazing Pinot Noir. These guys are a Santa Cruz Mountain standard. On my most recent visit I tried the reserve Syrah and it blew me away. I strongly suggest getting up there now and trying it out. I don't drink a lot of Syrah but if I can find more like this, I will.
I would have loved to try their wines but their hours on google are incorrect and it was closed. Such a bummer to drive all the way here. It looks beautiful.
David Bruce Winery is a Pinot lover's dream. My husband and I have been coming here for 20+ years and the quality is undeniable. Linda the sommelier consistently provides complete attention and service and makes sure to provide an exceptional experience each time we come up in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
David Bruce Is the best! Love the reds especially, if you've never tried it you need to come up and give them a try. Take a bottle out in the gazebo area, Beautiful delicious!
My friend says it's a great place. To eat.

Lovely people, passionate, and committed in all that they do
Pleasant staff and delicious wine. Ill be back for the holidays.
Good wine but no food.
One of my favorite Pinot's. They have picnic tables and if your lucky, David himself may pour.
An obvious hot spot for the local wine community. Somehow everyone leaves with cases and cases. Guilty here!
