I stopped here on a long drive where I was very hungry. They only had one woman serving tables, bussing, and making milkshakes. I sat down at the counter and it took quite a while for the server to take my order. While I was waiting I heard a woman return her fries because they were too cold. I considered leaving at that point, and I should have. I saw my plate come up and sit in the window while the server prepared to make 4-5 milkshakes. After she made 2 without handing me my food I politely asked if that was mine. She said she didn't know (do you not have tickets or a system?) and conferred briefly with the cook before handing me the plate.

The fries were cold, and hadn't gotten that way from the ~7 minutes sitting under the heat lamp. There was very little meat in the Reuben, and what meat there was was fried dry and tough. The sandwich constantly dripped oil as I ate it and left a big puddle. Will not return.

if i could give this diner 5 MORE stars i would. Me and my boyfriend ate here after a long and confusing drive expecting two star diner food and were pleasantly impressed by HOW INSANELY GOOD THE FOOD IS. We shared a milkshake in this gorgeous diner, and were served quickly by our wonderful, gorgeous, sweet waitress. ITS ALMOST TOO SWEET….. Great atmosphere, Amazing vibes. Left as big of a tip as i could, and if i had the money to tip everyone working staff on 09/21/25 i would. Best food experience in a LONG time.🩷

When we, me and my mother walked in we were greeted by staff and picked a booth to sit in. Admittedly we were given the menu’s and a couple of minutes later ordered. Within 10-15mins we received the food and were satisfied which we ordered bacon cheeseburgers, a strawberry milkshake, and fries. It was delicious and I recommend. The music was a nice touch and decor was very interesting. We will be returning soon.

The food was good, that has not changed in the last 10 times we have been there over the last several years. What has changed was the cost for the same food. It went up at least 30% over the last several months. What used to be a bargain is now just a nostalgic diner with the same moderate cost for food. If the cost was 10 or 20% more, I would enjoyed it a lot more!

Our breakfast was good, although not great. Service was friendly, food rated about 3. Hash browns were burned, poached eggs good and pancakes kind of rubbery. We will be back however we would appreciate some improvements!

This place used to be great. The food was good but the waitress was confused and charged us for more food than we ordered. She spoke to her boss and they charged some bizarre food substitution fee when they didn’t say anything at the time of order and this was not written on the menu. Before that when we wanted out check the waitress was sitting in the back of the place not paying attention. Look at your bill carefully if you go there so you don’t get scammed.

A very cute diner! The food was decent, but a little pricey fora diner, IMO.

A classic old school diner with excellent food and service. They even have the old time wall juke boxes. A wonderful experience.

This classic American style diner is a staple in the Los Gatos community! Retro-style decor with ALL of the True Diner classics! You can't miss here whether it's the chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, or even the liver and onions! The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is fun, and the pricing is affordable! Parking is a little scarce, but don't let that stop you from popping in for an omelet on the patio on a Sunday or a blue plate special of your choice! They also serve alcohol, so grab one of their jumbo mimosas to go with it!

The old diner setup is really appealing, yet the food is bland and unsatisfying. The potato salad tasted gritty. The Teriyaki chicken was most unsatisfying. The chicken breast reminded me of a Costco precooked chicken breast just reheated. The vegetables tasted old. The staff was only around to take your order and drop off your check. Not great service.

This is a cute diner just outside of the main downtown area. Enjoyed the meal. Caught them on a day when they were short a cook, but still enjoyed our meal.
