I was just here 3/24/24 around 7 pmI order a chicken sandwich comboReceived my order after waiting 8 mins .My coke taste mix flavors like a child out every flavor in one cup ,My fries coldMy sandwich hard as a rock couldn’t eat it .Great service .Didn’t give me a chance to ask for sauce ,napkins …I’d do no stars but that wasn’t an option .I understand it was one experience but I’m not going to bother again with this location .Un madre” That must mean enjoy my f up meal .

The young guy learning English who appeared to be new at the job in the drive through window (2/16/24 at 11:55 am)had an INCREDIBLY good vibe, totally passed the vibe check....the kind of person that brightens your day just by talking to them. I hope he keeps his good spirit against all the challenges and i wish him the best in life. My food was pretty good.

Use to frequent this location but there is new staff there now. My orders have been shorted & have had wrong items not ordered. So no longer go to this one. I'll drive farther to go to one that is friendlier & gets my order correct.

Clean, with small dining room. The personnel seemed too busy with drive thru customers to take care of people inside. Food hot and same as other locations.

I love this Jack in the Box because it's a drive thru and it's close to me. The service is also so friendly and welcoming. I've talked to several people who say they love the service at this Jack in the Box too. The sweet cream coffee with caramel is my favorite along with the jalapeño poppers and lemonade. I can't say much about the ambiance because I haven't been inside since high school but this has been my favorite fast food place since then.

Sucked, sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes and couldn't leave cuz we were stuck in line. The worker was rude and pretty much everyone left without ordering food@
