TLDR; Serious problems with delivery orders.
I wish I could pick another store, but because I am using the JM app they pick which shop makes the sandwich. The last three orders have all been incorrectly prepared. I have tried to call them before placing my order, but they never answer their phone...even in mid-afternoon.

I had a free sub on my app so I ordered on it again and went in for pick up. Sandwich was ready when I arrived. Sub was delicious and tasted fresh.

Sad to write this as I have been a big fan of the shop since I discovered it. It is still better than Subway and I loved Subway in the 70s when it started too.
But all good things must come to an end and in Nov 2024 the enshitification of Jersey Mike's began with the Private Equity acquisition of the chain. Like nearly everything touched by Private Equity, it turns to garbage fast as prices go up and the rats scurry out the back with their ill-gotten gains.
Quality and sizing has dropped as prices have risen over the past 6 months. That didn't take long.
This location is further away from my house. I'll drive a little because they make good sandwiches. Worth a 15 minute drive if I'm going to spend $18 on a sandwich. Yes, I said $18. Yikes.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Jersey Mikes for years but will no longer get their sandwiches anymore…they shrunk the size of their sandwiches while also increasing their prices. Got their regular size sandwich and it was sooo tiny and sad. Shrinkflation at its finest!

I guess they only hire high school dropouts and ex-convicts. Who can't make a chicken sandwich with 3 toppings. Only go here if you want what you didn't order.(edit)I haven't been this disappointed in a fast food place since subway gave me old rotten teryaki chicken. But after this train wreck of a sandwich I'll probably go back to that subway and ask for double. Lettuce onion and oregano. You couldn't even get 2 out of 3 right. I guess that would be over-achieving. Maybe next time I'll ask for everything and pray you get something right.

Brilliant place! Had my sandwich within 2 minutes. Big Kudos to Michael! He made my sandwich so quickly and made me another one when some pesky middle schoolers stole mine. Music could have had some 60s rock music ?
