The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was the best I had. The steak was flavorful and the peppers had a crunch to them. The cheese was nicely melted and the bread was just right. I will definitely have it again. I do recommend the Jersey Mike's Philly cheesesteak.

Went there because we're traveling and we know Jersey Mike's is safe for Celiac's. I asked more questions than usual and watched very carefully because I'm extra cautious when I travel. They were very understanding and friendly. The bread was extra soft, too. If I hadn't seen them remove it from the wrapper I would have wondered if it was actually gluten free!

I walked in to the Jerset Mike’s earlier today for some grub and there was a massive line I was originally pissed but the line moved quick enough. When I got to the slicer I was told they dod not have gluten free bread. I am on a diet so this was disappointing. Then, the cashier told me about an option called the “sub in tub”. Thos nice beautiful young lady took my prder with no issue. I was a little confuzzled on how to use the goft card I got from my Mommy work. The young lady was so patient with me. She was so kind and helpful and frankly way to pretty to be working at a sandwich shop. It brightened my day and I will be a loyal customer from now on.

I went in, honestly expecting a pretty standard fast food experience. But the service was absolutely phenomenal. I had to ask the worker his name and shout him out here. Xander, you did an amazing job man! He moved so elegantly, honestly, it was beautiful watching him make my sandwiches, I was drooling just watching. He was super friendly, and even though I had some specific requests for my food he got it done and got it right, which is pretty rare because I have some allergies. My mom passed away of pancreatic cancer the day before I went in. However, for a brief moment, I honestly forgot all of that. And the food was delicious. I was so glad to choose Jersey Mikes, and I will be returning.Dietary restrictions: Allergies to onions and lactose intolerance.

I called to place an order at 8:30pm I was told over the phone that they don’t take phone orders after 8:30pm. So I asked if I drove there could I place an order. I was told that if I got there before 9 that I could place an order. So I drove and arrived there at 8:48 pm. I walked in and the guy behind the counter asked to take my order. I told him I wanted two sandwiches. A #17. He stopped me and said the grille had been turned off and was cleaned and cold. To which I replied. It’s not even 9pm yet. He shrugged his shoulder and I left. I got to my car I looked back in and the two guys that worked there both had smirks and laughing. Not sure about what but I had to guess? Anyway, I love Jersey Mikes but won’t be coming back to this location again.

I've been to plenty of Jersey Mike's locations throughout California and unless they really do me dirty, it's almost always 4-5 stars for me. Prices are reasonable for delicious sandwiches, especially for a chain. I usually get #13 The Original Italian and I love it every time. You get 5 different types of meat, and I like getting my sandwich Mike's Way with pickles, mayo, and honey mustard. Usually the employees are dealing with online orders too, so I understand the wait. For me, the wait is always worth it!

This is the second time I've ordered the Club Sandwich and bacon was left off on both orders. In addition to no bacon, the sandwich I just ordered had only 2 jalapeno peppers on the entire sandwich. I placed this past order for 4 sandwiches and none were marked with their # or description. Not all sandwiches were being eaten at the same time so we had to open all four sandwiches to determine what the sandwiches were. Two were they same order with different added options and were eaten by the wrong person because they were not marked. We will not be ordering from this location again.

well I love Jersey Mike's and have been to a bunch of them all over the Bay Area. and I'm from NJ so it's bit of a homey feeling to come here. Same menu as everywhere, but that's fine by me. Great value, and the service has always been good too

Multiple times the workers have closed the place early, so if its after 8 and you are thinking of getting a sandwich here.. good luck. Not sure if they are just lazy teens or told to do so but they need to update the hours.

This place is going downhill. Spent 28 minutes waiting here, 4 employees, 8 customers. Guy on grill can only make 1 hot sandwich at a time, as with everyone else. Register didn't even offer a receipt, didnt even say hello or a single word for that matter. This place used to be good.

They close all tables over an hour before closing and refuse to let you use any of them. Definitely avoid unless you’re looking to take

This is a decent spot for sandwiches, but it's a chain and the lunch rush is pretty chaotic here. The poor guy manning the register also has to pack subs and answer to all the pick up orders, which led to lots of customers standing around waiting for the employee to available. It looked like they were severely understaffed for the crowd they get, so management probably needs to do a better job here.I ordered 2 items online - 1 wrap and 1 bowl (so no assembly even needed) and was quoted a 30 minute wait time online. Once I got to the store (well after the 30 minute mark, and after was finally able to ask for my order), I was told it was not yet ready so had to wait further. Definitely super slow speed here for order-aheads for such a simple meal. The food tasted fine, albeit thrown together a bit haphazardly and the wrap was super small compared to the sandwich size, but ultimately, it was the wait time that ruined it for me. Ordering from a fast food place, I kind of expect food to be ready quickly, but that didn't happen here. I saw other folks who clearly had to wait additional time for their online orders as well. Might come back and order a sandwich when the craving hits next time, but definitely avoid lunch rush.

Thank goodness I've found a place that's gluten free!! Having celiac it makes it very hard to find a safe place to eat sandwiches. They change the blades, clean super well and prepare the sandwich's on different tables. You guys rock!!!

First off I'm a huge fan of jersey mikes. I've given this location 3 chances. I will never go again. All other locations i have been to are 5 stars. The quality at this location is awfull. I wanted a number 13 cold cut, after seeing the lettuce I had to leave. It was dark brown and disgusting. How could you even serve that with good conscious. Who ever owns this particular franchise location needs to properly manage it. Every other time I have been here there is something wrong. Step your game up. Had to drive 9 miles away to the other location for a good sandwich.
