Checked this place out from a friend's recommendation and it didn't disappoint! We wine hopped with a group of us and fell in love with this place. While, it is far in the mountains and takes time to get to the top, the view was spectacular. We decided on the 4 wine flight for 15 each. The 2017 cab sav was th best out of the four and we got a bottle of it at the end. This place is great for getting together with friends and wine tasting. They have giant sized chess and other games and a beautiful view of santa cruz beaches. This place is very instagramable. You'll see when you come! The staff are so helpful here and give you knowledgeable on their wines. You can bring your own food here which I would recommend since there's no food at the winery or in the area.

Went on a poor weather day. But the hosts were really welcoming. Good wine. Did a tasting and took a bottle with us.Will likely go again in the future when the weather is a bit better.

quite a drive to the top...twisty and narrow roads up to the winery...parking lot was partially full, but not difficult to find a spot...plenty of tables and chairs outside...very casual vibes...lot of families with children packing a ton of food and buying bottles of wine to drink...vineyard to take pictures...giant checkers and chess board...a very worn bocce ball court...going inside and finding a tasting at $15 for 4 small pours...$15 is credited with bottle purchase...enjoying some fruit and cheese from home...sipping wine near the double-sided fireplace...going back to get a bottle of sauvignon blanc for $32 minus the $15 credit and coming out to $18.53 total after tax....you pretty much have to do a tasting and bottle to get your money worth...tasting room is super casual with no explanation...asked about the wine and given a piece of paper that had an explanation for the wine and prices...

I have attempted to contact the Winery multiple times by phone and email and there has been no response from staff here. It has been nearly 2 months since and I still have no response...

A beautiful environment with exceptional wines! Pinotage is interesting and yummy! Bring your own food and enjoy the view! Very kid and dog friendly! Live music many Saturdays and oyster events! They do not take reservations, are only open weekends so if you have a big party arrive promptly at 12! They offer 4 tasting pours for $15 and will apply the fee to a bottle of wine as well!

Perfect picnic area to go with the wine tasting. Great view of the Monterrey Bay. And good wine of course. Check the schedule for live music.

It's a beautiful location well worth the trek up the curvy mountain road. When we were there, the guitarist was a lovely addition to our day. Nice people took care of us and they're totally ok with you bringing food of your own.
