The food is delicious and the portions are huge. Go hungry, and if going with a group smart to car pool as parking isn't plentiful.

Small coffee shop but food and service is great. Fast service. Food potion is big. Every meal is not greasy and salty. Serve great coffee. Highly recommended.

I’ve been coming to Lou’s for over 30 years. It has changed over the years with a remodel and a whole new menu. Still our favorite diner .Parking: There’s more parking in the back of the building

A charming breakfast spot with a hint of southwestern charm, this small hole-in-the-wall kitchen offers a variety of egg dishes, some with their own unique twist. Popular options include the New York style Benedict and Jalisco scramble. The service can be a bit slow due to the bustling atmosphere (no room to wait inside, really). Despite the crowded and noisy setting, the staff are doing their best to ensure a pleasant dining experience. As for drinks, I prefer to stick with a comforting cup of hot coffee in the morning. The only thing is for some, the price can be a little higher.

Service- quick and friendly. Went on a Sunday around 10 am and it was bustling but still room. Seats inside and a few outside. Coffee never ran out. Very attentive. Ambiance- nice breakfast place. A little tight maneuvering to our seat. 2 people. Food- had the eggs Benedict with tomatoes, bacon and avocado. Very tasty but eggs a little over done for my liking( didn't run). Has brown not to crunchy but i think you can request that. Partner had country fried steak breakfast. Came on two plates. Huge scrambled eggs cooked as requested and hash brown. "Steak" was a little dry but tasty. He said the portuon if the breakfast looked like 4+ eggs instead of 2. Came with choice coffee cake or toast Menu extensive and wouldn't-mind coming back again.

Lou's is a hidden gem in Los Gatos, I'm surprised I had never heard of this spot until just recently. Food and service were fantastic, portions were great and you could tell the quality was up to par. Will definitely be coming back!

The service is fantastic! We wanted to dine outside and the staff was so quick and considerate about clearing a table and preparing it for my family to sit down. Without even asking, a gentleman from the restaurant came outside and adjusted the umbrella stand so that the sun wasn't in our eyes. Laura was great at making us feel welcomed to the restaurant and taking our order. The food was presented beautifully on the plates, was served hot, and each of our orders was delicious. This restaurant offers a rare combination of excellent food and service that will make your day.

I love Lou's. I've been going here for at least 15 years. Have known much of the friendly staff over the years, and have tried most of the menu. I tend toward the breakfast enchiladas, crab cake Benedict, California crepe, chilaquiles, garbage plate, Mike's mess. Everything is good. Prices have dramatically gone up. Used to be two breakfasts with coffee would run $27. Those days are gone, but the flavor continues.

I came here with a party of 6 on Sunday morning and with the restaurant space being a bit on the smaller side, we had a long wait which was expected. Service was very friendly and food came out fast as soon as we were seated though! I like their cocktail drinks which have a pretty heavy pour! I got the raspberry wild drink and the purple sugar rim was a nice touch. For my entree, I got the shrimp and crab omelette. Very fluffy and heavy on the eggs side, I wish there was more protein. For about $20ish an entree, they give you a lot with the choice of hash browns or potatoes and toast or coffee cake. Get the coffee cake, trust.
