My go to place for European freshly baked bread and croissants. Whole wheat bread and Levain are amazing. I go here twice a week. They have Verve coffee. There is a small indoor seating area and a bigger outdoor seating.

I really didn’t like the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit I got. The egg was a gelatinous slab and the “onion jam” made the whole thing slippery so the sandwich contents slid out. Give me a McDonald’s sausage biscuit egg any day over this mess and put the $10 saved in my pocket.

Some of the other items on display looked good, but it may take some time to get over the disappointment with my first visit.

The quality at this bakery has declined over the last 12 months. They no longer offer the almond croissant 🥐 there is an alternative option which isn’t very good. The burger buns don’t have sesame seeds on them anymore and look very similar to Safeway buns. The Los Gatos location only has disposable plates for in cafe/ dine in instead of reusable plates, which provide a much more unique experience.
