Wouldn't let my buy a happy meal toy separate so I try to buy a happy and was one cent of and didn't let me buy it I also had to wait in line for a long time.

Ordered breakfast and waited 30 minutes to get the food. Food was McDonalds good nice new McDonald's (recently remodeled).

We went to McDonalds as an after school treat. There was a miscommunication with the order at the drive thru, and an item was taken off. The guy at the window said he had already sent the first order through, but could make another one. When I went to hand him a $20 he let me know that he charged order number 1 to the card on file (i had given my code at the box to get points). My nephew was in the car, and we live in the hills so I headed home with him. I called McDonalds and the “manager” answered. I explained the situation, my accounts now in the negatives due to this, hence why I had cash, and the woman hung up on me. I won’t tell you to not go back, but be weary that they might charge your card without consent, and then be rude to you about their employees messing up.

No refills, and the recipe from the kiosk ordering thing was out of paper. Sandwich had nearly no sauce and there's nowhere to get ketchup yourself.
Usually I get good service here but I had to do a review on Sergio the curbside server here because of his terrible service. I ordered curbside #2 which is always communicated clearly to the restaurant thru the app and Sergio came out and went to a random car that wasn't parked in curbside ordering trying to give them my order. He then went to curbside #1 and gave a woman my order. She had to bring it back in to get her actual order. I have no idea why he went outside randomly giving food away, the curbside ordering is marked clear as day. When I asked him if it showed #2 properly on his side just to give him the benefit of the doubt he turned, looked at me, said nothing shook his head and kept walking. He just plain sucks at service.
Staff is rude, had multiple incidents were order is incorrect. Managers incompetent and will not resolve their error. Managers enable bad behavior from their staff. I stopped going to this location. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I think it's really silly they don't do refills anymore. Before they had the drive thru it was allowed.

Restaurantji Recommends
Besides the fact that they don’t give refills on their sodas, I had to listen to some guy talking amazingly loud for the entire 45 minutes. Talking loudly about his life and experiences to no one in particular. This guy was amazingly irritating and the staff should have asked him to stop

Went to drive thru lights are on and its 6:10a.m. when hours show it should be open only to get speaker voice. "Sorry we're closed" .

No Refills
It was my favorite McDonald's. Now they remodeled it and the space became less cozy. No refills anymore, which I loved.
They did not give any napkins, and no accessible napkins. I will still go here, as it is conveniently close, but I will always have a feeling of compromise, when I eat here.
Update: nice one in general. Outside places are nice.
